Fulani Dinner or Lunch On A Mat

Summary

Chef Binta will share her history with you from ingredients to historical figures and more. You'll even get to understand why the mat is such an important part of Fulani dining. From yoghurt based drinks to herbal teas, what you drink is just as important as what you eat in the Fulani tradition. Each course of your meal is complemented by something delicious to imbibe alongside it. Like every Tastemakers experience, you'll get the chance to meet and connect with other travelers who share the same curiosity about a place as you do. Food is definitely the centerpiece of Chef Binta's Fulani Dine on A Mat experience. Fresh, local ingredients are blended into recipes that have been preserved for centuries with a modern twist. Vegan options are available.
