Our overall experience was good in spite some weather challenges. Viola,our guide, tried her best and I’m certain under better circumstances it would be well worth it.
MISLEADING INFORMATION
If you are on any cruise ship DO NOT BOOK! The meeting point is over an hour from the cruise port and challenging to get to. We lost all our money for this excursion for circumstances that were beyond our control. We had attempted several times to contact them by email, messaging and calling. No one responded nor picked up the phone. There are several better similar experiences for less money located in the city where your cruise bus drops off. Read the reviews🙏

Very nice, entertaining tour, unfortunately without a German tour guide.
Disappointed
It requires alot of walking. You can go off on your own it it is very difficult to find your way without Google maps. If you choose to do the Academia you will need to go on your own. The times that get assigned to you to do these options are not always possible to do. We chose to do the tower in Pisa but the time they gave us was only 15 minutes before we had to meet back up with the group. They would not allow us to enter earlier so we did not get to do it.

Very professional! We arrived in Livorno on a cruise ship. The meeting location for our tour was conveniently located and ready to find. The tour operators were on time and very pleasant. The trip left on time. It tour director was very knowledgeable and friendly. When the tour was over the bus took us back to the ship. I would highly recommend using Viator for your next trip excursion.
