  • Unfortunately due to the nature of this tour it is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or with wheelchairs, or strollers.

  • All guests (including children) must supply the full name and date of birth at the time of the booking. Should you fail to provide these, your reservation may be canceled. ID / Passport required.

  • The Musee d'Orsay is subject to closures due to strikes. If time permits, we will reach out to you prior to your tour. For last-minute closures, cancellations may be communicated at the meeting point.

  • The tour is in English.

  • This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.

Before you go

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time for check-in. Out of courtesy to other guests, we’re unable to wait for latecomers. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.

  • All guests (including children) must bring ID on the day of their tour.

  • Security measures are enforced at the museum. Only small handbags and backpacks are allowed inside. No item larger than 55 x 35 x 20 cm will be allowed.

  • Areas visited during this tour are subject to closure. Your guide may need to modify areas visited on the day of the tour.

  • The Musee d'Orsay is subject to closures due to strikes. If time permits, we will reach out to you prior to your tour. For last-minute closures, cancellations may be communicated at the meeting point.

  • Photography is allowed. No selfie sticks.

  • Closed bottles of water are allowed, food is forbidden inside the Orsay museum.

    Cancellations received greater than 72 hours prior to tour commencement are fully refundable. Cancellations received within 72 hours of tour commencement are nonrefundable. This is applicable to any tour participant that fails to arrive or arrives after tour departure.
