At the time of your booking: Please be notified that you will be picked up from Shanghai Wusongkou Cruise Terminal (Baoshan Port). The Cruise Company may assign an appointed disembark time for each passenger in advance. If possible, please let us know when you have your disembark time. The driver will await you with holding a sign of your name at the arrival hall before that time. On arrival Looking for a sign of your name. We provide up to 2 hours of waiting time at the Wusongkou terminal, counting from your disembarkation time. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Babies and children count as passengers even if they do not require their own seat. (We can provide the baby car seats for free if you request. Please specify in the “Special Request” form at the time of your booking, at least 3 days ahead).
