Our 4-day Premium Minho Family Tour features an itinerary packed with sights and activities. 
Visit the magical medieval Castle of Guimarães and the Cathedral of Braga. Taste traditional products proceed in bakeries and eateries with centuries-old origins. 
And – most importantly – sample the region’s outstanding Vinho Verde wines! 
This relaxing tour harmoniously blends journeys through beautiful landscapes and memorable cultural excursions — a tour ideal for the whole family. 

Day 1: Braga & Guimarães

Meeting with the guide and departure to Guimarães, the birthplace of  Portugal .
Visit to the UNESCO Historic Center, passing by the Paço dos Duques  de Bragança and the main streets and squares of the city. Guided tour of  Guimarães Castle.
Departure to  Braga. Lunch in a typical restaurant (drinks  included). 
Visit to the Historic Center of Braga, with an interior visit to the Cathedral , and to  the Bom Jesus do Monte Sanctuary , a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Return to the city center. Free time.
Accommodation at the Meliã Braga Hotel  & Spa or similar, in the city of Braga.

Day 2: Green & Romanesque Wine Route

Breakfast at the hotel. Meeting with the guide at the hotel reception. Guided visit to the Monastery of Pombeiro , a pure example of the Romanesque, and important in the foundation  of Portugal.
Tasting of traditional products, in a century-old bakery ,  producer of traditional sponge cake.
Visit and tasting of Vinho Verde in Quinta Produção.
Lunch in a traditional restaurant (drinks included).
Visit to Amarante and  tasting at a second Vinho Verde Producer Farm.
Return to Braga and  accommodation at Meliã Braga Hotel & Spa or similar.

Day 3: Viana do Castelo, Ponte de Lima & Arcos de Valdevez

Breakfast at the hotel. Meeting with the guide at the hotel reception. Departure  to Viana do Castelo. Visit to the Historic Center and the Sanctuary of Santa  Luzia.
Departure to Ponte de Lima and visit to the Historic Center.
Lunch in a  traditional restaurant (drinks included).
Departure to Arcos de Valdevez . Visit to the Historic Center. Vinho Verde tasting.
Return transport. End of our  services. 

Day 4: Free Day

Cancellations & Refunds

Flexible and Family-friendly Policy

In case the reservation is rescheduled to a later date, the amount already paid is guaranteed but also the rescheduling of the reservation will not have any additional cost.

In case of cancellations made up to 24 hours before the starting time of the Van Tour, a refund of 100% of the amount paid is guaranteed.

In case of no-show or cancellation made less than 24 hours before the starting time of the Van Tour, there will be no refund.

Your Tours Portugal is not responsible for the change of routes, delays and/or the non execution of the natural sequence of the tours, packages or any services acquired from the company, for reasons beyond its control (adverse weather conditions, accidents, ongoing works on the roads, among others).

Your Tours Portugal will not be held responsible for speculative, false or fraudulent travel reservations made by the customer, for faults in the execution of the agreement attributable to the customer, for faults attributable to a third party not involved in the supply of the planned services, for faults that are unforeseeable and unavoidable and for situations due to force majeure.
