Pick-up and drop-off service is included for hotels located in the city center of Porto. For hotels outside the historic center of Porto and Gaia, travel costs will apply.

Children: Babies up to 2 years old - free / Children from 3 to 11 years old (inclusive) benefit from a fixed price of only 75€/person. The ages of all children must be provided at the time of booking.

Languages: Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish. Other languages available upon request and subject to local availability.
Special requests, such as dietary restrictions or others, and the transport of specific items (e.g., strollers) must be informed in advance at the time of booking.
