Upon arrival, guests will be greeted in Baggage Claim by his/her chauffeur. The professional chauffeur will be uniformed and will be holding an iPad with the guest's last name displayed. Guests may be dropped off in the Town of Jackson, Teton Village or Wilson.

Upon departure, guests will be greeted in the hotel lobby or on the front drive of their residence in the Town of Jackson, Teton Village or Wilson. Guests will receive a text when the chauffeur is on his way and again when the chauffeur arrives. Should a guest not immediately identify the chauffeur, Dispatch can be reached 24/7.
