Important Information
Know Before You Book
- The Go City app has everything you need to plan the perfect trip.
- Plan your itinerary, check opening hours, and make reservations where necessary.
- Included attractions are subject to change without notice. Each attraction can only be visited once.
- Passes are valid for 1 year from date of purchase and only activate at your first attraction visit.
- Passes then remain valid for the number of consecutive calendar days purchased (not 24-hour periods).
- For the best experience, follow the instructions to sync your pass to the Go City app
- The Go City app is your essential guide with useful features including trip planner and city map
- It also has all the attraction information and how to reserve (where required)
- Your pass gives you access to the included attractions for the number of days purchased.
- Simply show the QR code on your pass at your choice of attraction to enter.
- Your pass is valid for use within 1 year of purchase.
- Visiting your first attraction activates your pass.
- It then remains valid for the number of consecutive calendar days purchased (not 24-hour periods).
- We recommend starting in the morning to maximise your time. You can visit each attraction once.

Cancellation Cutoff: 0 minutes
Cancellation Notes: Although Go City allows refunds of unused passes within 1 year of purchase, individual trade partners may have their own cancellation policies which should be referred to.
