How does a Rome Explorer Pass work?
1. Pick the number of attractions you'd like to visit and buy a pass.
2. Download the Go City app to plan your itinerary and make advance reservations where needed.
3. On your first day of sightseeing, visit one of the Go City Concierge Services. You will need to collect your Colosseum and Vatican Museums tickets, and the team will help you book your other attractions and activities.
4. Enjoy discovering the city at your own pace thanks for 30 days validity.

Important Information
Know Before You Book
- The Go City app has everything you need to plan the perfect trip - use the itinerary planner feature, check opening hours, and make reservations where necessary
- Included attractions are subject to change without notice and each attraction can only be visited once
- Passes are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Your pass is activated upon your first attraction visit and remains valid for 30 days.
- For the best experience, follow the instructions to sync your pass to the Go City app
- Use the app to book your Colosseum and Vatican visits at least three weeks in advance
- When you get to Rome, visit the Concierge Service to pick up tickets and plan the rest of your trip
- Each attraction can be visited once
- Passes are valid for the number of attractions purchased and are valid for use within 1 year.

Cancellation Cutoff: 0 minutes
Cancellation Notes: Although Go City allows refunds of unused passes within 1 year of purchase, individual trade partners may have their own cancellation policies which should be referred to.

What attractions need to be booked in advance?
The majority of the Explorer Pass's attractions can be booked in person at the Concierge Service on your first day in Rome, but there are a few exceptions - instructions on the Go City app.

• Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel (at least 3 weeks in advance)
• Pasta Class (at least 24 hours in advance)
• Pizza Class (at least 24 hours in advance)
• River Cruise Aperitif on the Tiber (at least 24 hours in advance)
On your first day of sightseeing, head to one of our Concierge Services, located at the addresses below. You'll need to collect your Colosseum and Vatican Museums tickets and the team will help you book other attractions on the pass.
