You'll be picked up at your Salta hotel bright and early at 7am, after which you'll climb into a minivan for the trip through the scenic countryside, through Jujuy and the Humahuaca Gorge region. Make a brief stop in the town of Purmamarca, where you'll visit the Seven Colors Hill and explore the town on foot with your guide in the lead. See the local craftsmen at work and learn about the town's architecture and history through your guide's thoughtful commentary before continuing to Humahuaca.
Arrive in Humahuaca for lunch and some time to explore the town's monuments, including the Independence Monument. You'll also visit the Uquia Chapel, more than seven centuries old, in the town of Jujuy. Snap a photo of the monument marking the Tropic of Capricorn on the way to Tilcara, where you'll enjoy a guided tour and a visits to an Incan archaeological site and the Anthropology museum.
Your trip ends with drop-off back in Salta at your original departure point.
