In case the reservation is rescheduled to a later date, the amount already paid is guaranteed but also the rescheduling of the reservation will not have any additional cost.
In case of cancellations made up to 48 hours before the starting time of the Van Tour, a refund of 100% of the amount paid is guaranteed.
In case of no-show or cancellation made less than 48 hours before the starting time of the Van Tour, there will be no refund.
