Photo policy
Photography for personal enjoyment is encouraged on all our tours. We know you’ll have a pleasant experience you want to capture. We do have a few guidelines we ask all our visitors to follow for the enjoyment of everyone on our tours.
By entering Blue Shark Boat Tours & Transfers, you consent to interviews, photography, video, and audio recordings being used for webcasts, promotional purposes, advertising, or any other purposes.
By entering Blue Shark Boat Tours & Transfers, you renounce all rights you may have to any claims for payment in connection with any exhibition, streaming, or webcasting. You also give up any right to inspect or approve any photograph, video, or audio recording taken by Blue Shark Boat Tours & Transfers.
Images are strictly prohibited from being reproduced, copied, or altered in any way other than by Blue Shark Boat Tours & Transfers and its official representatives.
Blue Shark Boat Tours & Transfers is not obligated to remove your voice or likeness from any interview, photography, audio, or video recording to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or any other purpose, but will consider removing any photographs or recordings at the written request of the individual.

Cancellation
The payment you pay upon reservation is fully refunded upon your cancellation only if the cancellation takes place up until 30 days before the day of the trip; otherwise, we retain a certain amount as a cancellation fee penalty.

24 hours before the departure Blue Shark Boat Tours & Transfers retains 100% of the paid amount.
Refunds, terms of return, and complaints
If the trip is not feasible on the day that your reservation is valid due to factors such as unfavourable weather conditions, engine breakdowns, etc., we provide a complete refund. The evaluation of the feasibility of the trip and the final decision are made by the captain.
In case of complete failure to provide the service for any reason whatsoever, the customer shall be reimbursed for the full amount that has been paid in advance for the service in question.
Insurance
For the entire duration of the trip, insurance is valid for the consequences of accidents and injuries, excluding any harm or damage caused by the consumption of food and beverages that are not included in the price of the trip.
Exclusions
A guest is familiar with everything that the itinerary and the price include and exclude, which is noticeable on our web page, www.blueshark.tours.
Conditions of delivery
We deliver the service that is agreed upon in advance on the day for which the reservation is valid and for which the payment has been received in advance.
Travel documents
Blue Shark Boat Tours & Transfers sends an invoice to the client by e-mail upon receipt of the booking or after purchasing services online. The client is required to show the received vouchers in printout or electronic form before using the reserved service.
While buying at the points of sale, the client is obligated to take a bill that serves as a credible document for the tour.
