Start your day with morning pickup from your hotel and a 1-hour drive to Yongin MBC Daejanggeum Park.
The vast grounds of MBC Daejanggeum Park (aka MBC Dramia) contain sets that recreate structures from past centuries and dynasties from Shilla to Joseon. Famous dramas that have been filmed there include Daejanggeum, Dong Yi, and Queen Seondeok. During your visit, tour buildings that would have been used by royalty, noblemen, and regular people.
Stop for a lunch of Korean fare before continuing 30 minutes east to the Korean Folk Village, which holds 270 carefully restored traditional homes from the late Joseon era. Tour the homes and visit workshops where artisans make traditional wares such as baskets, pottery, fans, musical instruments, and more. You might also see traditional music performances and other arts.
After touring the houses and workshops of the Korean Folk Village, return to Seoul with a short stop at the Korean Ginseng Center or cosmetic duty-free shop. Your tour ends with drop off at your hotel.
