Cook, Dance & Drink Like A Local: Private Barbados Cooking Party/Class

Summary Description

Your private tour begins on arrival at our home. Keith (DJ Snake Oil) & I (Anne Marie) welcome you with a drink (rum punch, local juice or water). Barbados is the birthplace of rum & I will tell you about it's origins, while teaching you how to create an authentic Rum Punch…this is where the fun begins - with lots of measuring, averaging & laughter, we will guide you through the process.

With high spirits (pun intended) we next begin our lunch or dinner preparation. The menu is decided upon after discussing your preferences. DJ Snake Oil keeps our hips swinging & our feet tapping the entire time & before you can blink twice, we'll be enjoying the meal & washing it down with more rum punch.

As a token of appreciation, you will receive an e-copy of my cookbook - Treasures Of My Caribbean Kitchen and my promise to help you host a Caribbean Party at home.

Special Note: Live Steel Pan music can be provided on request.
