Great tour

The trip was amazing! David H. The guide was so funny playing music along the way. I only think 2h at Galway wasn't enough to visit the city. We stopped to have lunch and when we finish was time to go back to the bus to come back

Great day trip

Great day trip option from Dublin. The guides Kevin and Warren were amazing and made sure we had a brilliant time. The tour is an excellent option for spending a day out, learning Irish history and diving into the folklore with Giants Causeway.

Trip of a lifetime

Amazing! Time flew by with all Matt’s humorous jokes and JP’s smooth sailing ride.Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore a bit of Ireland!

Cliffs partially obscured...

Rainy day in Ireland. Cliffs were partially obscured because of the weather. Despite conditions, it was a beautiful drive along The Great Atlantic Way. The bus ride was pretty comfortable. Galway was crowded, but had really good food. Our tour guide Sean was attentive, played music from Irish artists and explained historical events. Our driver Pete navigated the narrow roads with ease. It was a terrible cold and rainy weather day, but overall, it was a great experience.

It was amazing and exciting. guide was not boring with good humor. The route was perfect for my solo trip. travel time is very convenient, given the necessary stops

One of the highlights of our trip to Ireland!

We had Neil and Dermot for our guides and they were fantastic!! It was such a fun day with plenty of interaction with our guides learning about the history of each of the places we visited while also still allowing time alone to explore. The itinerary is planned to a T- I can’t believe how much we were able to do in 10 hours without any of the individual activities feeling rushed. Highly recommend this tour with Wild Rover, Neil, and Dermot!

Great Tour!

We had a wonderful time on the tour! Our guide, Elisa, and driver, Marcin, were fantastic. Elisa was so knowledgeable and lovely and Marcin made sure we had a smooth trip. We did the Black Taxi tour with in Belfast and learned so much about the history of the city. Giant’s Causeway was spectacular and hugely worth visiting. Highly recommend the tour!

Kilkenny, Wicklow Mountains, Glendalough tour

We did three trips on the same week on the month of June. I must say this was my favorite. Loved the tow of Kilkenny, Wicklow mountains were absolutely beautiful!

Must Book & Don't Miss It

Elisa and Marcin were great. Elisa is a total superstar. I think her talents need to be recognized more. She's got an entire consistent tour that she does. I was watching her the whole time and she was really on it. Even does smart sentences that don't offend people if they try and cut her off. She's the entire package for sure. The black cab experience was REALLY great I learned so much and didn't know parts of Ireland are under that type of regime.

Great people great places!

Matt and JP steered us right the whole way! Both very witty and kind. The tour itself gave plenty of time at cliffs of mother and in Galway to look around. You also get great history along the seaside road. Most beautiful drive!

A Fun and well organized experience

By far the most convenient way for a couple of tourists to see the spectacular Cliffs and much more. We were so lucky to have our guides, Niamh and Sarah, to drive and entertain us around Ireland. A full day may sound daunting, but it was perfectly relaxing with not having to do any planning of our own.

Excellent tour. Elise and Marcin are wonderful. Elise super knowledgeable abut the history of NI and even made restaurant recommendations.

Absolutely amazing! Eve...

Absolutely amazing! Eve was our tour guide and Krishna was our driver and talk about a dynamic duo! Eve taught us so much about the history of Ireland, provided excellent recommendations, and overall was a delight. The cliffs were breathtaking no other way to describe it. Galway was gorgeous and filled with friendly people. I would 1000% recommend this tour to anyone and everyone.

This is probably the most surprising tour I’ve taken in the last decade or so. Didn’t have high expectations for Northern Ireland, but Maurice & Podge proved me wrong. Our tour took us to Belfast (I did the Black Cab tour, wife and daughter went to the Titanic Museum), Dunlunce Castle, Giants Causeway and Ballycastle. Great history, breathtaking locations, and the best tour professionals we have ever travelled with. Don’t think twice, this is your number 1 Northern Ireland day trip from Dublin.

All the places were incredible, and I would do them again in a heartbeat (especially Moher, but hopefully with better weather). Sean and Daniel are excellent guides; they know everything and are incredibly helpful (and they don't speak thick Irish English—you can understand them perfectly even if it's not your native language, as is my case). Mick is a great guy and a fantastic driver. Sara is the best behind the wheel. (Original) ¡Espectacular! Realmente los dos tour que hice (acantilados de Moher y Belfast-calzada del Gigante) superaron mis expectativas. I’ve traveled with Wild Rover Tours four times and always had a great experience until now. On my tour yesterday, I was denied front row seating I had requested months in advance for severe motion sickness, despite arriving super early and being first in line and following all protocols. To be fair , when I made this request I was not promised the front row seat but was told my request was noted. The seats were later handed out to other guests who had made no request and clearly didn’t need them , while I was given a vomit bag instead of sitting me in a seat that has worked in the past to help control my motion sickness so that I can enjoy the experience I paid for . I’ve sat in the front on previous tours without issue. This time, I was told there’s a new policy that bans people with motion sickness from sitting up front even if no one else needs the seat. Their explanation blamed past incidents where people became unwell but it felt like I was being penalized for having a condition that’s not visible. Worse, I brought two friends yesterday and had raved about the company’s service. It was embarrassing to be dismissed like that after recommending them so highly. The follow-up response I received was just a wall of excuses , no accountability, no empathy. I’ve left glowing reviews in the past and recommended Wild Rover to many, but, unfortunately I can no longer do so in good faith. We travel to Ireland , especially Dublin often and I will be booking with Paddywagpn tours moving forward as they also have wonderful reviews and hopefully treat their new as well as loyal repeat customers with respect and dignity .

Una and Collin made the trip to Northern Ireland a fantastic experience. The black cab tour with John was so informative and moving. My only wish is that we had more time for the tour, the castle, and giants causeway (these are all the three strops!) as each stop was amazing.
