Had an amazing time with Wild Rover Tours! Our tour guide was hilarious, easy to understand, and shared so many interesting facts throughout the day. The pace was perfect—I never felt rushed and had plenty of time to enjoy each stop. The only stressful part was almost missing the bus at one stop, but everything else was incredibly well organized. I would absolutely book with Wild Rover again!

Fantastic day trip

Just got back from the Wild Irish Rover tour to Kilkenny and it was brilliant from start to finish. Ian was an amazing tour guide — full of great stories, history, and local knowledge that made the whole trip come alive. He clearly loves what he does and it shows. Huge thanks also to Sarah, our bus driver, who got us there and back safely and smoothly, even on those narrow country roads! Her friendly attitude added a lot to the day too. Kilkenny itself was gorgeous, but it was Ian and Sarah’s warmth, humor, and professionalism that really made this tour stand out. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Ireland and wanting a stress-free, fun day trip. Will definitely book with Wild Irish Rover again!

Kilkenny, Wicklow and Glendalough... And hugging a lamb!

Amazing visit, relaxed pace but well organized. No FOMO whatsoever. The price is adequate and the number of hours widely tolerable, with a good ratio between time spent travelling and time visiting. Our guide, Neil (I hope I wrote his name correctly), had the voice of a storyteller and an interesting personal story. Sarah was phenomenal on the road. I felt very safe. As an organized tour I was afraid I wouldn't be able to enjoy or visit Kilkenny, Wicklow or Glendalough calmly enough, but I was very wrong: I had all the time in the world for culture, shopping, nature and fill my stomach with a delicious full Irish and a piece of chocolate cake. Very recommended. The stop at Cullen sheep farm? Just magical.

Check the weather before booking to see Cliffs of Moher

Enjoyable day although it was spoilt by the rain and mist as a result did not get to see the Cliffs of Moher which was so disappointing. The mist and rain did not lift at all so the only wa to see the cliffs was in the exhibition there.

Great mix of guided tours...

Great mix of guided tours and free time! Ian was a great guide - very engaging and knowledgeable. Kilkenny was beautiful and sheep farm was so fun!

Went with my brother, was...

Went with my brother, was a great trip! They pack some fantastic experiences, kept it moving but with enough time to enjoy everything. Dave was a fantastic guide, and Michael the driver was great too!! Super memorable day and one of my highlights of my week in Ireland.

Immersive experience

It was a great experience, an immersion in the culture of a medieval city like Kelkenny and then in the nature.

Amazing experience!!

It was amazing!! It's worth every penny. Kevin is great very knowledgeable and fun!!! Pablo was kind and I felt safe as the roads are small. I recommend!!

Wonderful Tour

Wear comfortable shoes, take sterling not Euros. Be prepared to sit a few hours, take snacks. Take an umbrella. We had a great time. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, I leaned a lot.

Perfect from start to finish

We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and driver (Ian and Sarah). Ian was engaging, highly informative and just plain lovely. Sarah was also very friendly, and I don’t know how she drives that bus up and down those hills so safely! I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to visit these sites.

Black Cab Tour Review

The tour was an amazing experience, probably our favorite from Ireland we've done (Daithi and Paolo were amazing!!). The day started with a choice between the Titanic museum and a black cab tour of Belfast. We chose the latter. Our only disappointment was that we did not get to see more landmarks in Belfast, but the tour was very informative. Moreover, the castle on the itinerary was a nice surprise and we loved the Causeway. On the way to each destination, beautiful landscapes are visible through the window.

It was a great day. Kevin was very helpful with information and making sure we were all where we needed to be. The trip to Belfast was great and the Black Cab Tour was the best choice. The Giant's Causeway was amazing.

Wild Rover does it again!!!!

My friends selected this tour for us after reading several reviews. Well, the tour was amazing!! Both Ian and Sarah made the tour fun, amazing, exciting, and well worth the price.

No A/C & hard to enjoy.

This trip was not the best experience for us. We’ve done a few other trips that were amazing. The particular bus we were on had no air conditioning which made the bus rides really hard to enjoy. It also had many broken speakers that were extremely loud and had static. This all contributed to the bus being very overwhelming for passengers. The tour guide was very knowledgeable however he would not stop talking the entire trip. A lot of non pertinent information was talked about. He means very well but it did not fit a lot of people’s taste.

Beautiful landscape and knowledgeable, friendly guide

Connor was an exceptionally knowledgeable tour guide and very friendly. Stephen, the driver was so funny and very friendly as well. The scenery is beyond beautiful. The ice cream truck at the Cliffs of Moher may have been the best ice I’ve ever.

Darrin was a great guide....

Darrin was a great guide. The day was fun. I loved the cliffs and the recommendations we got on how to see them. We stopped for a picture on our way to the cliffs as well which was cool. I wouldn't do this tour on a Sunday again. Many things in Ennis and Limerick were closed and I assume it was because it was Sunday.
