Mathew was an amazing...

Mathew was an amazing tour guide! This trip is perfect for people who just want to sit back and not have to worry about the planning. On the way to the cliffs Mathew pointed out some landmarks that were historic and would add commentary that was entertaining and funny. The cliffs were breathtaking and Galloway had some amazing chocolate. The tour guide provided a map with suggestions for food, shops, and other attractions for both Galloway and Dublin. Mathew, thanks a million!

Dave and Casper were amazing

We absolutely loved the tour! We were able to wonder and explore these beautiful places on our own and under Dave’s very pleasant demeanor when needed. The cliffs were breathtaking! Our favorite part was learning the history of Ireland along the way through Dave’s lense.

Giant's Causeway really cool

Dunluce Castle and Belfast were okay. Just keep expectations tempered for both. This trip is a lot of driving, which was expected. Bus was on time throughout the day (good job, Stipe (driver) and comfortable enough. Giant's Causeway was great and really the purpose of the trip tbh. Una, the guide was from Northern Ireland and shared some sad but interesting stories about the "Troubles". No good food choices until Belfast later in the day. I'm knocking this review to 4 stars simply because the rest of the intenrary is not super interesting. Do this tour if you want to see the Causeway. It's neat.

Would highly recommend.

Great tour to see Ireland's west, when visiting Dublin. When short on time, it was a great option to see Ireland's countryside, the Cliffs of Moher, and the Atlantic coast. It was also nice to have 2 hours to explore the city of Galway.

Kilkenny, Wicklow Mountains, Glendalough & the sheep dog show

The tour to Kilkenny, Wicklow Mountains, Glendalough & the sheep dog show was so much fun! Our tour operator Ian & the bus operator Krishna were the best! Ian provided us with interesting facts, fun anecdotes and great stories along our route. He also made many great suggestions for future tours with the tour company as well as things to do and places to eat while we visit Ireland. Krishna was very friendly and a great driver. I would definitely book with Irish Rover Tours again.

Great scenery, amazing guide, annoying bus driver

Great scenary, lovely guidance and story telling from Ian. But annoying driver Krishna, who argued with us about seating, he wanted to separate me from my family and kept arguing. Will not travel again if he is the driver.

Super Fun Tour

A phenomenal tour! Ian was super knowledgeable with a great personality and kudos to the driver! My favorite part of the tour was the border collie/sheep herding.

We had a good experience...

We had a good experience on this tour, I would just note that it is primarily providing transportation to the sights. Once you are at the Cliffs of Moher/in Galway you just have free time to explore by yourself. I also found the guide to be somewhat rude. Be aware that the return time is just an estimate. Overall, this was a good way to explore some sights if you're staying in Dublin.

Fab experience!

Our driver Krishna and guide Ian were fantastic. Very informative and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed all the stops but the highlight was the sheepdog show! Such a great experience!

Amazing day!

We had a truly amazing tour! Our tour guide was Ian and our driver was Krishna and they were both exceptional. We loved how knowledgeable ian was and that at every stop he would give us some background information and recommendations before we had time to explore. Kilkenny was very cute and we enjoyed walking around the castle and gardens. We really enjoyed seeing the lakes at Glendalough. The highlight of the day was truly the sheepdog show at Cullen’s farm and cuddling the baby lambs. All so incredible and felt authentic. The timing was perfect, driving was smooth, bus was comfortable. All around- could not recommend more! The value was just SUPERB for this tour we were blown away!

An amazing, don’t miss tour

We had such an incredible time exploring Kilkenny and visiting Wicklow and Glendalough and loved the sheep farm experience. Our youngest made a new friend in one of the newborn lambs. Thanks so much to our extremely knowledgeable and witty guide, Ian and our driver Krishna. A great tour and would definitely recommend.

John and Micheal were outstanding. John sharing information and Micheal navigating the tight roads. The cliffs were amazing.

Enjoyable

Enjoyed it. Dunluce Castle and GC were great places to visit. I would recommend a little more substance for Belfast. Overall, pretty disappointing stop. I think there is more to include to make it a good pair with the other stop points.
