Scenic getaway from Dublin’s bustling city center

Coalan & Joe were the best hosts for our journey to the Cliffs and Galway. The drive was incredibly scenic & the Cliffs were wonderful. It was very windy and pretty crowded, but there is plenty of space to spread out. We unfortunately did not see puffins, but saw sheep and cows. We also saw hundreds of Razorbill birds which resemble penguins, so that was cool. Galway was fun, but again kind of crowded due to all the tours happening at the same time. Great place with good food & nice shopping. There are no restrooms aboard the bus, but they do stop halfway through the drive for a rest stop. Overall recommend!

Well worth the price for unforgettable experiences

We had a wonderful time, and felt like this was really worth the price for all you got to see and do. Ian was an amazing guide and his knowledge and experience was evident throughout our tour. Our bus driver Warren navigated the mountains and rural roads confidently. Loved the day tour!

We had a great day out in Belfast and the Northern Irish coast

Fab day trip from Dublin. Our guide Rory really looked after us and shared lots of interesting facts about Irish history and current challenges that even kept my teenage son interested. Wed really recommend the Black Cab tour in Belfast for those politically minded.

Black Cab Tour

The Black Cab Tour was great. Our driver was very knowledgeable and made the tour interesting. He answered all our questions and went to great lengths to find a pen so that we could sign the peace wall. It was the highlight of the day. I wasn't that impressed with Dunlace Castle as it was mostly ruins and the Giant's Causeway while interesting did not wow me.

Great Experience

We really enjoyed our trip and decided to do the Black Cab tour in Belfast, Pat “with the hat” did an amazing job explaining the tragic events, but with humor and personal anecdotes from his own experiences. Rory did a great job guiding us throughout Ireland and his ability to explain Irish history, including the era of the Troubles was excellent! Well worth the drive to see so many things in one day.

Amazing! Just book it!

Neil and John were amazing on our tour. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Loved talking with them. The tour itself is amazingly beautiful from hold baby sheep. To the beautiful mountains and park that we toured. The town of Kilkenny is beautiful even though it rained for part of it we dipped into a great pub called Playmakers to enjoy great food and live music. Kilkenny castle is massive and beautiful. All these tours are well set up and we never had a hitch on any of them. It’s a no brainer.

A great insight into different parts of Irish history and life

Ian was an excellent guide - he was very friendly and knowledgable. Warren was a great driver too. We had a good mix of guided time but also free time. We did a lot during the day. Having a few different pick up locations in the morning was useful. Thank you!

Great Experience

This was our favorite experience during our trip to Ireland. The driver/tour guide were kind, professional and witty. We learned a lot and the day flew by. The description of the experience fails to mention that there are two comfort breaks! As a passenger you never have to be on the bus longer than 2 hours, which was nice.

Ian and Warren

They were both great. Ian was knowledgeable on restaurants and things to do in Kilkenny. Throughout the trip he provided great facts and knowledge as well.

Scenic bus ride

Our tour guide was very entertaining and interesting to listen to. Ian did a great job at answering many questions and helping out certain people on the bus with their uneasy stomach. The bus driver Warren skillful weaved through the small country roads with ease creating a comfortable ride.

This tour is amazing! Our bus driver Stephen expertly navigated the tight roads to get us safely to the Cliffs of Moher and Galway. Our guide was Dave who shared interesting stories about the history of Ireland along the way with music and humor that was informative and entertaining. The sheer beauty of the Cliffs made the ride worth it and the stop in Galway was a fun bonus. We liked it so much we decided to book another tour with Wild Rover!
