First timers.
The bus was very comfortable. The Cliffs of Mohair were strikingly beautiful. I recommend dressing for wind and possible rain. We had great fish chowder at the upstairs cafe there. Galway was very charming. Lots of pubs and restaurants there. Christian was a great guide with a mixture of educational information and funny jokes. He was very organized and attentive. Brian, our driver, was obviously very skilled at dealing with the tiny streets and curves we encountered along with the high volume of traffic. This was my first ever all day bus tour. I would definitely choose this company again. My husband and I did not know what to expect though There were adequate rest stops for us and bringing our own food was not really necessary.

Great long day adventure!
Our tour was run by Wild Rover Tours. Our guide, Tom was great - super informative and fun stories throughout the day! It was a very long day 0655 - 2000 but worth it. The bus was very nice and comfortable. I have no idea how those bus drivers navigate those narrow streets but hats off to them. We loved the drive up the Wild Atlantic Way and the Cliff of Moher were just stunning. We got pretty high waves coming in due to a looming storm (Ashley) in the Atlantic. Galway was nice. It wasn't quite enough time there to really roam around but now I'd like to go back and spend more time there.

This day trip was amazing, we saw a lot but it wasn’t exhausting! Christian and Bryan were really nice and funny! Definitely recommend doing this tour when in Ireland!! :)

My second tour with Wild Rover and the best one. We had a small group and our driver and guide Dermot was awesome. His love for Ireland was so clear to see and feel. This tour will not disappoint you: beautiful scenery, the castle and the village around it, the friendliest city of Ennis and the food at Alexander Knox place ....I highly recommend this tour.

A wonderful tour with a great driver, Dermot. He answered all our questions. Many places to take great pictures. We had lunch at an Irish pub with very good food! A tour not to miss.

Excellent Day trip from Dublin
Logistically everything was as advertised. There was enough time to explore things on your own. Maurice, our guide, and Warren, our driver, were excellent. Both were very knowledgeable, entertaining, and helpful. A day well spent. We highly recommend this tour.

Die Tour war super! Die Klippen konnten wir bei tollem Wetter bestaunen und auch die Reiseführerin Ciara mit der Busfahrerin Sarah waren klasse! Es gab viele gute Informationen, welche ganz locker und verständlich vermittelt wurden. Sarah ist super gefahren, wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt! Wir können diese Tour sehr empfehlen :)

The trip fulfilled my expectations
The activity was amazing. We had enough time to visit and explore either Cliffs of Moher and Galway and time to relax too. Our guides, Brian and Christian, are very professional and entertaining, so the journey was pleasant and we could enjoy de majestic views of Ireland. They explain you the history and every curiosity of the places we saw.

Fab day sheeing a different ashpect of Ireland
We had a fab time today! Christian was an excellent tour guide, he had plenty of knowledge on things beyond the tour - we got a free history lesson about Northern Ireland too! He made an effort to get to know you on a personal level - also speaks so many languages too! Brian was our driver, he got us there safely despite some narrow country roads to contend with. The longer journeys are great for a nap after blowing away the cobwebs at Cliffs of Moher. We felt two hours was enough at both the Cliffs (which were beautiful!) and Galway too. ...and remember two things: (1) Weshht is beshht, and; (2) One pint - two p's. Thank you for a great day - from one of the Scousers!

John, the tour guide had...
John, the tour guide had quite the sense of humor. Great commentary along the way and in Galway. Warren was a great driver especially on the switchbacks. Would definitely recommend.

Kevin was outstanding!!! He’s extremely charming and knowledgeable. It was really a pleasure to spend the day with him. He made everything so easy and we really loved him. ♥️ Only sad to not actually be friends with him honestly, he’s great. Our driver was Marko, and he was very good and we felt perfectly safe. So much love for Marko and Kevin! This tour was pure delight and just mind-blowingly gorgeous. Kilkenny is a beautiful little town and I could have for sure spent a whole day there. I do recommend that you spend part of the time in the bus reviewing the “things to do in Kilkenny” sheet that was passed around. I’d have made different choices if I’d done my homework a little better. BUT even hopping off the bus and just wandering is LOVELY. We saw the castle and walked the streets a bit. This particular castle is old old old but was used asa residence for such a long period of time that it isn’t in its original state (lots of upgrades through the centuries, so still very old but like 17 and 1800s, not 1100s or whatever) So if you’d rather get the straight up ancient castle feel head elsewhere in Kilkenny on this tour and get your castle fix elsewhere! (Bunratty would suit if you have your heart set on old old original, but that is a different tour!) The drive up to the Wicklow mountains was devastatingly gorgeous and I took too many pictures. Perfect. No notes. St. Kevin’s monastery and the Glendalough walls and hikes are almost otherworldly they’re so beautiful. You won’t get to walk all the trails, there just isn’t time. But it was so cool just to get to be there. The sheep farm and sheep dog trials were 💜💜💜. We got to hold lambs and it was too much. Def wanted to take them home, but promises are promises. Truly the only thing wrong with this tour is that you want more time everywhere. But this is a brilliant way to see Ireland without the hassle of driving yourself (and you’d miss seeing all the views from the road! if you drove!) Also if you do it yourself you miss out on all the craic with Kevin! And we’d have not had any idea what we were looking at or aaany of the context if we’d tried to do it ourselves!

Beautiful Day at the Cliffs
We had a wonderful day at the Cliffs of Moher and Galway. David & Keith were excellent tour guides, and were very attentive to everyone’s differing needs- including my own car sickness. To anyone looking at this tour- if you get frequently motion sick from being in a car, be sure to take the proper medicine before the tour begins. Over all a stellar trip!

Amazing experience in one of the best places on earth
The tour was amazing, probably the best choice you can get, and we really enjoyed the guides and the amazing scenery. The staff was very good and helped us through all the problems we had before traveling. Its a safe bet for an amazing daily tour.

An amazing, interesting, busy day in Northern Ireland
The views at Giant’s Causeway were breathtaking! I would recommend everyone to go! We got to experience a lot in the span of a day. Driver Mick was great and Úna provided amazing information on Northern Ireland, having grown up in Belfast during the Troubles herself. She was also funny and really took care of us during the day. The black taxi tour was so interesting and gave a rare insight in the history of the city. We also made a quick stop at Dunluce Castle where I took approximately 1000 pictures because each view was more beautiful than the last.

Ein interessanter und kurzweiliger Ausflug
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Tag mit Dave und Joe. Dave scheint ein wandelndes Lexikon zu sein. Er gab sein umfangreiches Wissen nicht nur zur Geschichte und Geographie weiter, sondern auch zur Musik, zum Alltag usw....Und Joe ist ein ausgezeichneter Fahrer. Auch wenn der Weg lang ist - es hat sich gelohnt.
