If you have the opportunity to pick your guide, please do yourself a favor and pick Dermot! The kindest man you will ever meet, funny, courteous, and so knowledgeable about the country he loves so much! His love for Ireland shows in his delivery throughout the tour, and he makes you feel like the tour is specially curated for you! Dermot is by far the greatest guide I've ever had on a trip, and when I come back I will be looking for his tour again! Seriously though, the Cliffs speak for themselves. Breathtaking. Bunratty: Very very cool. But to have your guide keep the energy going all day is truly a test that he succeeds at every step of the way.

Fun and interesting adventure
Liam was a fun and entertaining guide! He was extremely knowledgeable about everything!! He was able to keep everyone’s attention. He also made sure everyone felt included. Very personable and I highly recommend this tour and guide! You won’t be disappointed!!

Absolutely amazing!!
Absolutely amazing!! Our fearless leader Murphy and our driver Marco made the trip unforgettable. Even before reaching our destinations. the countryside was stunning even driving to Belfast. I did the black taxi tour in Belfast and I was so glad I did. It was immersive into the very modern history of tumultuous religious conflict that is still apparent even today. Your taxi will guide you through the beautiful city and answer any questions while descriptively discussing all that has happened over the years. Then no words can describe the stunning beauty of the castle and especially the giants causeway. I was in awe the entire time. We had nice weather, sun blessed us with its presence while taking in the breathtaking ocean. Unbelievable describes it. A definite must!!! Thank you Wild River for an amazing experience I will never forget. 💚

A Great Tour - Definitely Worth It!
This tour was definitely worth it! Our guide, David, was engaging and informative, sharing history, stories, and even singing Irish songs along the way. Our driver, Lisa (if I remember correctly) ensured a smooth and timely journey. The bus was comfortable, had wifi, and stops were well-planned for food and bathroom breaks. The pick-up and drop off locations were convenient for us as well. The Cliffs of Moher were breathtaking, and thanks to David’s advice on the changing weather, we explored the trails before visiting the visitor centre since it wasn’t raining yet, and the rain did come down hard about halfway through so we were glad to have seen it with a good view while we could. We also stopped in Galway City, where David shared good restaurant recommendations and some history. Though we wished we could have had a bit more time to explore, it was still a good experience. David went above and beyond by giving personalized recommendations for things to do in Dublin to each passenger, which were very helpful for us in planning some last minute activities and restaurants on our trip. He showed genuine care for his guests. The one thing that could have made this tour even better (other than amazing weather of course) would be an extra stop - In the promo video and the title of the tour, it almost seems like there is supposed to be an additional stop or activity called the “Wild Atlantic Way Walk at Burren National Park”, since it wasn’t clear whether this was separate from the visit to the Cliffs of Moher or not. Either way, I think getting off the bus to explore a third area on the way even briefly could have been nice, since our photos from the bus don’t do a lot of the scenery justice! Also, a bathroom on the bus would have been great, but the stops were well-timed for bathroom breaks anyway. Overall, it was a well-organized and engaging tour, and I would recommend it for anyone interested in visiting the Cliffs of Moher!

This tour was fun and educational! Our tour guide Eve is very knowledgeable and very warm and welcoming. Her banter with Stephen, the tour driver, made for a fun atmosphere. The Cliffs of Moher were stunning and Galway had a very small town charm.

A Great Mix of History and Nature
My wife and I selected the black taxi tour option and learned about The Troubles from the perspective of an Irish Republican. The tour was an unvarnished look into the conflict from a personal viewpoint of someone who has lived their entire life in Belfast. I highly recommend it if you are interested in learning about the conflict from an on-the-ground perspective. The second part of the tour was all about the natural beauty of Northern Ireland. The highlight was two hours exploring the Giant’s Causeway. We were fortunate and had incredible weather with no rain during our visit. We did the two mile hike which was a little steep but nothing we couldn’t handle even though we have little hiking experience. Make sure to bring good shoes. There’s also a gentle path and a shuttle bus for those not wanting to hike.

Hilarious and Educational!
Very informative and funny, we learned so much and saw some of the best historical sights! Liam was amazing, very smooth and fast ride, would absolutely take this tour again next time I visit!

Amazing day the weather was incredible and each stop was lovely. But the real star was Liam- what a guy! Hilarious and kind, made sure to answer every question and check in with each group. Just the loveliest fella! And JP the driver was great as well!

Best day ever!!
This tour was phenomenal! We went during the winter month of February and we still had the most fantastic time. Our tour guide Liam (and driver JP) were the absolute best hosts you could ever imagine. Liam was so knowledgeable, funny, and personable. In a classic Irish manner, he had endless stories and facts that just made our tour. I highly highly recommend this tour even just for his company! We also loved seeing the sheep, going on a wonderful Glendalough walk, and then seeing the charming town of Kilkenny that had the richest history. It was the best way to see the Ireland country side without wandering too far away from the main city of Dublin. Couldn’t recommend enough

Excellent day tour!
Thoroughly enjoyed my tour with Dermot! He is quite funny and really shows his pride for Ireland. Sights were magnificent despite the rain!! One of the best tours and guide I’ve had in my travels.
