Stephen, Billy and the tour

Billy the driver drove wonderfully. It was a smooth ride. Stephen our guide was entertaining and was so nice. He would explain the spots as we were passing by the road. He made sure that everyone is happy, safe and having a great time. He would tell some jokes from time to time and that made the trip more entertaining and lively.

Title: A Scenic and Seamless Irish Adventure – Highly Recommend!

We recently took the Wild Rover Tours day trip from Dublin to the Cliffs of Moher, Ennis, and Bunratty Castle, and it was one of the highlights of our time in Ireland! From the start, everything was well-organized. We left promptly from a convenient meeting point in central Dublin in a comfortable, air-conditioned coach with Wi-Fi and USB charging ports – a small but welcome touch on a long day. Our guide, Dermot, was fantastic – informative, funny, and clearly passionate about Irish history and landscapes. He kept us entertained with stories and local lore throughout the journey without being overbearing. The Cliffs of Moher were absolutely breathtaking – even more dramatic in person than in pictures. We had ample time to explore the paths and visitor centre, and the weather cooperated beautifully, giving us stunning ocean views. The tour allowed us enough time to walk and take photos without feeling rushed. Afterwards, we stopped in the charming town of Ennis for lunch. There was a great variety of local eateries to choose from, and the guide gave helpful recommendations. It was a nice break in a non-touristy town, and a great way to see a slice of real Irish life. Our final stop was Bunratty Castle, which added a fun historical twist to the day. We had time to explore the grounds and learn about medieval Ireland. Even if you’re not a big fan of castles, the folk park and scenery make this a worthwhile visit. The return trip to Dublin was smooth, and we were back right on time in the evening. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, and small groups looking to make the most of their time in Ireland!

Trivia tour guide.

The views were amazing! We took so many pictures. Marko made sure we were transported safely and timely. Maurice was so knowledgeable, honestly it's amazing how he was able to recall so many facts off the top of his head. A waking Google, with Dad jokes added.

Worth it

Great driver, knowledgeable host. Enjoyed the views as we traveled from one stop to the next. Wish we would have had more time to spend at all three stops. Want to return someday. Worth it.

Grand!

First time in Ireland and the views were spectacular. Loved the history and the people were friendly. Dave and Steve were personable and funny. Overall, the the whole experience was grand!!!

The Real Ireland!

Our family of 5 from Philadelphia had a fabulous time on our tour. Maurice the tour guide was very knowledgeable and Marco the driver did a great job navigating the narrow roads thru the mountains. True to the description, we toured the castle in Kilkenny, explored the monastic grounds, and so enjoyed the dog and lambs! We got to see the real Ireland complete with green fields and sheep. Highlight of our trip to Dublin! Advice: be on time. Arrive earlier than you think! We almost missed it due to trouble with transportation that morning. 100% recommend!

Recommend doing even for the Irish

Maurice and Marko were fantastic! I'm from Dublin myself and did it, definitely recommend it you're looking to do something for the day outside of Dublin. Definitely recommend!

It's a long ride and it was very foggy and rainy at the cliffs, but so beautiful. Galway was a great stop, just wish we'd had more time there.

Cliffs a must see and weather perfect in May

Dave was a fantastic guide and Steven was a great driver. We saw so much and learned a lot about Irish history on the tour. The Cliffs are spectacular and we had perfect weather.
