JP and Stephen - the best duo
Stephen and JP were amazing, I loved the tour they made it memorable. Stephen is a very funny and entertaining tour guide.

Ian and Lisa were fantastic! Ian’s knowledge and energy kept us enthusiastic and engaged, and watching Lisa expertly parallel park a massive bus was a lesson all its own. Thank you for having us!

The views on this tour are spectacular. The boarding process was stressful with multiple people, tours, buses, and no person to give instructions. We were first in line and somehow ended up LAST on the LAST bus of the day. Totally a nightmare. But once we were rolling all was well and Sean was a great tour guide. He’s very calm and even tempered which is greatly appreciated. But again, those views, OMG! Long day but just do it. Let Pete do all the driving so you can relax.

Perfect Timing and Excellent Service
I highly recommend Wild Rover Tours for this day-trip from Dublin. The Cliffs of Moher and Wild Atlantic way are a must-see, in my opinion, and this tour offered the perfect timing for visiting the cliffs and Galway afterwards. Any less than 2 hours at these stops, which is what this tour provides, would have felt rushed. Our guide and bus driver were extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area, as our guide shared stories about the land and Irish culture while we were on the bus drive.

Wonderful and smooth tour. Our guide Stephen was funny and knowledgeable and handled changes to schedule due to traffic so professionally. Our driver PJ navigated around a bad car accident safely and still got us to our destinations in a timely way. Highly recommend.

Bring food and drinks
Overall very nice, the bus was excellent and accommodates luggage, too. A point for improvement would be to have 10 minutes to buy water and grab a bite in Glendalough. They only allowed time for restrooms. If you dont get water and food with you, they don’t stop for that until about 3pm. I had the breakfast bun from the truck in Glendalough and was delicious- many people on the group wondered how I got it as the guide wouldn’t allow it. He did allow restroom time though. Not sure why restroom is allowed but not purchasing water in the same location. More transparency on food and drinks is needed- as the guide was very strict with stops and time. Make sure you bring breakfast and water with you unless they take note of this feedback and allow for it.

We enjoyed the ride, the information, and our stay at the two places - Cliffs of Moher and Galway. Everything was clearly described.

My favorite tour
Dave and Steven were excellent guide and driver. We had a beautiful day with wonderful memories. We learned more about Ireland and the Cliffs of Mohr was my favorite tour so far! Must see!

Dublin day tour to Northern Ireland
Our family took this tour last week with Michael & Brindan via Wild Rover Tours and thought it was a great tour. Our cab driver was very knowledgeable. We thought we knew about 'the troubles' but until you stand in those neighborhoods, you have no idea. Our visit to Dunluce Castle and Giant's Causeway were high points of the tour and we are so glad we got to see them. The tour bus driver has no easy task getting us there and he did a fantastic job. The tour guide was knowledgeable and funny. The tour itinerary was well planned and executed.

A wealth of northern Irish history, and natural beauty.
I booked the Belfast, castle and Giants Causeway tour on a recommendation from a friend. I was a solo traveler and a little nervous as I’d never done a tour like this before. Well, I was in great hands. Our tour guide was incredible. He started sharing insights, Irish history, science and folklore with us the whole way to Belfast. I arrived at my Black Cab tour with an excellent foundation on the troubles creating good context for where we went and what we saw. And we covered so much ground, with every turn, the guide provided additional insights and facts, while also making sure we are all well taken care of. Thank you for an incredible day, making me feel so comfortable, providing so much insight and knowledge and showing us so much history. I would highly recommend them!

Giants causeway and Titanic visitor centre
Busses were clean and on time; guides were professionals and had interesting knowledge of things on the way to attractions.

The trip was amazing. Super engaging hosts (Stephen) and the bus driver (JP) was amazing. They both made this a great experience and very informative of the history of Ireland. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone visiting Ireland. 10/10!

Awesome guides
Stephen and Dave took great care of us. We went on a tour with another company earlier in the week and WildRover was ten times better. Dave had great humor the whole day and kept us engaged during the long drive. Their instructions and communication were great. Everything was seamless. Totally recommend!

Excellent trip, guides, and service
Dave our guide was all enthusiasm and knowledge! And Steve the driver kept us safe and on time. They are both terrific! I’ve taken a few Wild Rover tours, and I come back to them for their professionalism, service, and good humor.

A great day out in the countryside
And my 14-year-old and I deeply enjoyed our day trip with Paul and Podge. The bus ride was smooth even over windy roads, and we stayed comfortable and were able to relax as they led us through our day. My daughter got to hold a lamb which was fantastic! Glendalough is a beautiful location, so peaceful and well worth a visit for anyone coming to Ireland. I visited this spot 25 years ago and knew I wanted to bring my daughter, and the Wild Rover tour was the easiest way to get there and still have time to see other things the same day. We also enjoyed the visit to Kilkenny, and we took an opportunity to do a self-guided tour of the Kilkenny Castle which lasted about 45 minutes and easily fit into our free time in the city. I highly recommend and might bring a group of students on this very tour in a couple of years.
