I recently joined the Cliffs of Moher and Galway day tour. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The tour was well-organized, and the itinerary allowed just the right amount of time at each location. The Cliffs of Moher were absolutely breathtaking, and exploring Galway added a lovely cultural touch to the trip. A very special thanks to our guide and driver – they were both professional, informative, and very friendly, which made the journey even more enjoyable. The commentary during the drive was engaging and educational. Thank you again for a great tour. I would definitely recommend Wild Rover Tours to others visiting Ireland.

Ten out of five stars! We loved our wild rover tour with Dermott. The highlight of our trip to Dublin! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this tour to anyone. Dermott was the perfect guide, he was informative and fun (even his dad jokes were appreciated). We felt safe in his care as he expertly navigated that large coach through small country roads. The coach itself was lovely and comfortable and the stops were perfect. Truly I cannot find the words to adequately express how wonderful this experience was!

Policies Outweigh Customer Experience

While the sites and information were good, the tour company led by Dave and Pete lacked care for the customer experience. What was unclear is if the type A personality of Dave or company policies that dictated what could or could not be eaten on the bus, constantly reminding passengers to buckle up as he shuffled up and down the entire trip, beating a drum of going to the toilet, pushing the next trip before we started the first and chastising customers mid speech to push more reviews for the company. Given this was the 3rd tour we had taken, and the only one with this experience, both the company and the guide should consider customer centric approach and perhaps running buses with toilets if it is such a massive deal for getting grown adults to use them. Simply put, focus on the customer, not policies and your OCD behaviors.

This was a great tour! I really enjoyed the experience, and Kevin our guide was wonderful, it was a combination of learning a lot of interesting things but also a lot of fun!

Eliza was great to listen to, from her wonderful accent and clear speaking and laid back but confident demeanor to her sharing personal and relevant music selections between presentations.JP was a boss squeezing the bus through tight turns and spaces and getting us around on schedule. Kieran in the black cab was very genuine and shared important information about the history of northern Ireland that doesn't get taught in the states.

Beautiful and Fabulous Ireland and the North

The Titanic Experience was very moving. The Giant’s Causeway was an amazing site and extraordinary in its natural beauty. Dunluce Castle was striking. The day was full of superlative experiences. Elisa and JP were great tour guides. Elisa gave many insights into both the sites themselves and the background history of Ireland. Very highly recommended!

Good comfortable ride, good quality Bus

Our driver Krisna and Guide Una were amazing , good humor and guidance. The ride was comfortable. The schedule was kept thight making the experience predictable. Highly reccomended.

Highly recommend

Great day with Dave as our guide and Pete as our driver. Dave shared a wealth of historical background for what we were seeing. And he even had an appropriate playlist tied to his material which really added to the experience. Had a comfortable number of stops for restroom breaks. Highly recommend.
