Good quality bikes and excellent service. When we picked up our bike, the tech installed our pedals and off we went within a matter of minutes--equally speedy on the return. Truly appreciated not having to haul our bike through the airport and deal with fitting it into a Lyft. Would definitely use UB again!

Our guide Danielle was awesome. She was passionate about NY and the surrounding boroughs. Knowledgeable towards the history of many major landmarks. Shared some unique hidden gems within the city. She was patience and made sure we were safe. Can be physically demanding at certain times, to keep in mind but achievable at your own pace. A must way to see the bridges and city from outdoors with a bike ride. Would definitely do again.

A+ experiencer. The reservation process, the pick up process, and bike fitting was all quick and easy. We rode from San Diego Unlimited Bikes to Cabrillo National Monument. 2 teens and 1 adult. Amazing ride with moderate climb. Inreal view of DT SD from the end of Point Loma. Saw a stealth jet too! Highly recommend Unlimited Bikes..
