This was a great tour!! I arrived ~20 minutes late- the team was very accommodating & caught me up to the group. Matt was an amazing guide - super passionate about history and the city. I’ve been coming to DC months for work but still learned so much about the city (canals, presidents, etc.) Great way to see ALL the monuments, which you can’t really do on foot

But the best part was yet to come when we returned to the hotel and discovered an unexplained additional charge of $32.66 USD on the card used for the booking. We emailed customer service and, of course, received no response. If you rent with a guide, everything is fine; if you simply rent bikes, you're guaranteed to get ripped off. Update: I obviously contacted customer service at the email address provided and, of course, received no reply. (Original) Lamentable. Nous restituons les vélos (Brooklyn Bridge) en exposant les désagréments subis. On nous répond que notre plainte va remonter à l'agence fautive et que l'absence de frein arrière est un défaut inacceptable (ouf!). Mais le meilleur arrivera à notre retour à l'hôtel quand nous constaterons avoir subi sans explication aucune un prélèvement complémentaire de 32,66 USD sur la carte utilisée pour la réservation. Nous adressons un mail au service client et restons évidemment sans réponse. Si vous louez avec un guide, tout va bien, si vous louez simplement des vélos, l'arnaque est assurée.
