(Translated by Google) If you rent bikes with a guide, everything is fine; if you simply rent bikes, you're guaranteed to get ripped off. You'll end up with the worst bikes in stock and a final bill that's higher than agreed upon. You can write to customer service to complain, but you won't get a response. (Translated by Google) The bicycles are of the most basic quality, uncomfortable and not recommended for longer tours; your back, buttocks and knees will hurt after a very short time. (Original) Die Fahrräder sind von einfachster Qualität, unbequem und für längere Touren nicht zu empfehlen, Rücken, Po und Knie tun nach kürzester Zeit weh

(Translated by Google) Electric bikes that are neither serviced nor even checked between rentals (no rear brake, chain derailed, saddle poorly fixed, dirty, etc.) and after an early return, an additional charge without explanation was made to the bank card used for the reservation.... Customer service obviously does not respond.

We booked a 3 hour monuments and memorials tour with Unlimited Biking because our last tour with them was so much fun and super informative. They did a great job keeping the large tour group together on the busy streets and made sure our friend pulling a tag along was fully supported on the way. It was raining and windy the entire tour, but the tour guide Adrian was positive and upbeat which kept the group morale up. We will definitely book with them again for future trips to DC.

staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The price was very reasonable. The bike they originally gave me to ride 20 miles was an old cluncker for neighborhood riding that would not have worked. They were very nice and gave me another bike, a hybrid bike, specialized brand , that was much better. They were very accommodating, did not charge me more money. Customer service was excellent
