I’ve lived in New York my whole life and Kevin told me things about the city I didn’t know in a fun way. Simply the best tour I’ve been on in my almost 39 years of life.

Nick was the best tour guide ever. He was so knowledgeable, personable and patient as we were a very large group and I was a bit slow lol! Cant say enough good things. A must-do if you will be in NYC soon (and request Nick!)

(Translated by Google) I had a bad experience. The person who served us on the morning of Monday, May 26, 2025, was very rude and showed very little respect for their customers. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left. (Original) He tenido una mala experiencia. La persona que nos ha atendido por la mañana del lunes 26 Mayo 2025 ha sido muy maleducada, ha mostrado muy poco respesto por sus clientes, sino lo tuviese pagado, me hubiese ido.

We had a great experience with unlimited biking. We booked a tour through Central Park with Carla, and really enjoyed that she had great facts and stories about New York and Central Park, and spoke perfectly French. She was really nice, let us plenty of time to explore the park at each stop we made, and even offered to take some picture of us. The biking tour allowed us to really get the feeling and see a lot of Central Park, which would have not been possible by foot. Everything was also really safe, unlimited biking provided us some helmet and even elastic for my flared pants! Really recommend this experience and booking a tour with Carla! 😊

The idea is great, the actual tour could be good. Our tour people were late and they waited for them. In addition there was a booking confusion with others which also took time to get through. We started the tour an hour late without the late comers (finally). The tour goes from the office to the grounds. Then back to the office and you do the castle on your own. So … you get the train, find the bike store, do the bike portion passing the castle twice and then walk back to the castle to do a self tour after the biking portion. At that point the castle is super crowded and you’re tired… and walk back to the train station. There has to be a better way. The guide was nice but rushed because we started late. I plus rent the bikes and do a self tour. At least you can then do your own planning.

We did a Mall tour on Memorial Weekend with 2 kids (9&12). Our guide Greg H. was great, very knowledgeable on the city, and attentive to any problem in the group (10 people total). Bikes were in good condition, they had appropriate size for the kids and helmets to fit everyone. A great experience!

(Translated by Google) Very good experience with Cesar but it would be better if the tour wasn't so fast. (Original) Muy buena experiencia con César pero estaría mejor si el tour no fuese tan rápido.

For all those who want to see the sights of Rome by bike in a relaxed way and have interesting background information, this is the right place. The 3 hour bike tour with Sara was great fun and we felt very comfortable. :) I can recommend it to everyone!

Great 2 hour bike riding tour with Dan as our guide. We saw the main attractions of Central Park including buildings and celebrity apartments adjoining the park. Very enjoyable and felt safe on a busy blue sky public holiday with Dan
