We had 4 hours to see Washington DC before we had to leave the city and Matt was able to efficiently tour us around the important sites. He took pics, shared facts, and safely navigated us through the city. We would highly recommend the tour and Matt.

Being a solo traveler I was almost hesitant on taking the tour. The reviews, however, made me feel it was worth the risk. Dan, the tour guide, turned out to be that guy that everyone wants to hang out with. He made each person feel seen and welcome. It was like spending the day with your best friend. 10 out of 10, highly recommend. 😊

The e-bike tour was wonderful! The weather was perfect. We got to see so many things in Berlin that we would’ve never known about. Binti was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, kind, and she takes great photos! She accommodated our tote bag by adding a side bag to our bike. Highly recommend this tour and ask for Binti!

(Translated by Google) We booked a bike tour in Florence, and Brian showed us around. What an enthusiastic tour guide! He told us so many fascinating stories about "his" Florence. Highly recommended! He knew his way around, of course, and led the group flawlessly through the streets, alleys, and squares. Perfectly organized! Top geregeld!

Very Nice tour at Central Park with Daniel I’m not satisfied as you don’t accept my reclamation. I paid for a reserve and I did the tour with gocity pass . Refund me please .

This is an unethical company. After an accident, I called one week in advance to cancel because I was in a cast, and they charged me anyway. They refused to refund me when I contacted them to explain their error. They should respect the consumer and grant refunds.
