⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a fantastic experience with Unlimited Biking and our guide, Jordan! The guided tour from Santa Monica to Venice Beach was the perfect way to explore the area, and Jordan made the whole experience fun, relaxed, and enjoyable for the entire family. She was incredibly knowledgeable and shared fascinating history and interesting stories about the places we visited, including the beautiful Venice canals and surrounding residential areas. We also had plenty of time to stop, look around, take photos, and enjoy the sights at our own pace, which made the tour feel personal rather than rushed. Jordan was an amazing guide, friendly, engaging, and clearly passionate about what she does. It was a wonderful combination of sightseeing, exercise, history, and, most importantly, fun! We would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see Santa Monica and Venice Beach in a unique and enjoyable way. And if you’re lucky enough to have Jordan as your guide, you’re in for an especially great experience!

(Translated by Google) We booked a 3-hour bike tour through NY via Baja Bikes. When booking, we had asked for a Dutch guide, but (fortunately) one turned out not to be available. I say fortunately, because otherwise we wouldn't have done this tour with guide Bob! What a fun guide he is! A beautiful ride through Manhattan with plenty of stories and fun facts about the city along the way, supplemented by his personal anecdotes. This made the tour one of the (many) highlights of our trip! Thank you Bob, and Unlimited Biking for this experience! (Unlimited Biking's location is easy to find and the equipment is in order) (Original) Via Baja Bikes hebben wij een 3 uur durende fietstour geboekt door NY.

(Translated by Google) We had booked a bike tour via Bajabikes, where we were going to cycle a 3-hour Dutch tour early in the morning. Our tour guide Brian effortlessly led us through all of Florence, sharing an incredible amount of information about all the beautiful sights Florence has to offer. About halfway through the tour, there is a half-hour stop where you get tips on where to grab a tasty sandwich and good coffee. I would definitely recommend this tour! Because despite the somewhat large group, it didn't feel overwhelming, the group managed to stay together well, and you managed to see a huge amount of the city within just 3 hours!

Worst experience of our entire trip to New York. The bikes were in absolutely terrible condition. My chain came off for the first time barely 15 minutes after leaving the shop, and it happened twice more after that — three times in total. The bikes were so poorly maintained that I genuinely consider them unsafe to ride. We had originally booked the bikes for 2 hours, but we were forced to cut our rental short because of these repeated mechanical issues. When we returned the bikes, I explained what had happened and expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff. Their reaction was probably the most disappointing part: they simply did not seem to care at all. What was almost ironic was that they seemed very well prepared for this kind of situation: cleaning wipes were already sitting on the counter, ready for me to clean the grease off my hands after putting the chain back on repeatedly. It certainly gave the impression that dealing with unhappy customers and mechanical problems is nothing unusual for them. I will also be reporting this experience to the tour operator through whom we booked. Renting out poorly maintained bikes is unacceptable; renting out bikes in a condition that can potentially put customers at risk is even worse. Extremely disappointing service, dangerously poorly maintained equipment, and complete indifference from the staff. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

We had an absolutely fantastic bike tour with Steph! She added history, interesting facts and great stories about each of the sites. It was great to get off foot and see the city highlights from a bike. Eating lunch at the Borough market was the cherry on top!

The staffs are super friendly, they offered recommendations and showed me the available options. This was my second time bringing my family here to rent bikes. They have a wide range of sizes and trails, and the bikes are great to ride. My son couldn't get enough of it—he wishes he could come back for a ride every day.
