I had originally planned to rent a bike on Thursday, but was unable to make my time. And they were nice enough to offer the same timeslot on Sunday at no additional cost. Raul was super nice and the bike was fantastic - I even got a planned route to Cabrillo National Monument!

Today’s full day bike tour of Versailles, led by Tash, was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and her guidance throughout the day was helpful. We navigated the tour with our three kids and it was a breeze. The highlight was the picnic lunch - the food we picked up at the market in the morning (which Tash also steered us toward) was spectacular.

Our family took the evening bike tour with Jay and enjoyed every minute of it. We chose electric bikes which made it super nice and effortless. The other family in our group had regular bikes and did just fine. I had never seen the Roosevelt Memorial before because it is out of the way, but the bike tour was perfect for that. Jay stayed with our bikes as we visited each memorial so we were able to get close to each one. The only thing that would have made it better is if the bike company had dedicated electric bike tours so we could have traveled a little faster and seen more.

Service was fast and helpful. They let me adjust my reservation last minute and helped getting my pedals on and off. I rented a carbon road bike but ended up with the wrong size. I'm sure if I had noticed before I got back to the hotel they would have gotten me the correct one. Front derailleur would not shift the small ring

We had another great experience with Fat Tire tours. Our tour guide Annie was outstanding. We had been recommended to try this company from a friend and will can now say every time we visit Paris we will be using Fat tire tours. Thank you for a great experience.

An excellent place to rent a bike or join a bike tour! The staff are super friendly and kind. One of them patiently waited while my money transfer went through. They gave me an almost brand-new bike — even better than my own! 😅 Strongly suggest 👍
