This place is excellent! So friendly, so fast, bike was in great condition, reasonable price, and customer service was lovely. Was able to cover so much territory so quickly, rather than walking in the heat. I think I explored over 22 miles in the South Beach area, including hanging out at a beautiful pool for three hours and having a daiquiri!

We had a fantastic tour with this company. Only 8 people in our group, great bikes and a nice headset, so everybody could well understand the guide (Giovanni). Great guy. So relaxed, took time for every question. Not too much and lengthy information, lots of anecdotes and funny facts. Saw all the highlights. Our compliments! 5/5

We had an amazing tour of Central Park with Paul - he was so engaging, funny and informative, as well as accommodating of everyone’s paces. It was a great way to learn about and explore the beauty of Central Park, and visit a huge area in an efficient and fun way! Paul is a mine of information for movie and Broadway fun facts relating to Central Park, and we also learnt a lot about the history and design - 100% recommend!

Low cost, i had some.issues with my bike but when I brought it back I let them know what issues I had and the tech genuinely listened so they could adjust it as needed. That alone warrants a good review. If your bike has issues, let them know!
