After booking a Florence bike tour on Viator, we arrived at Fat Tire Tours on the day and were in for a surprise... Even though we had the vouchers, they told us there was an "error" with the price and that we had to pay a hefty supplement per person to take the tour!! Very unhappy with this practice, we refused to pay and wasted over an hour dealing with the shop and Viator trying to get a refund... (Original) A fuir...

We had a wonderful bike tour, mostly thanks to our awesome guide, Annie! Her knowledge of the area and leadership qualities made the tour exciting and a breeze logistically. Obviously the reviews here speak for themselves. Great outfit all around. Customer service focused, organized, polite, quality bikes, and enthusiastic! 5 stars

The bike tour with Unlimited Biking was one of the highlights of our stay in Milan. It was a great way to get to know the city. Jada, our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. It was quite hot, so going for a relaxing bike ride while exploring the sights was a great idea. Jada gave us valuable insider tips for restaurants and sights that were useful for us the rest of the trip. Highly recommended!!

My husband and I went on this tour based on a recommendation and I can honestly say it was the best part of our stay in Rome. We both love cycling and the fact that we could ride bikes for three hours while sightseeing in Rome was fantastic. Our guide, Ilenia, gave us so much interesting information about the city and its landmarks. We had time to stop, rest a bit, enjoy some ice cream and the ride itself was very well organized. We wish Ilenia and the rest of the team lots of success—enjoy the summer! Greetings from Fran and Iva from Croatia ❤️🇭🇷

We chose the tour in Spanish, led by Matías, an Argentinian who has lived in New York for a few years, and he was undoubtedly the best part of the tour. He was very friendly and pleasant with the whole group, and he explained all the points of interest in detail, sharing anecdotes and interesting facts. I definitely recommend him as a guide for anyone wanting to do this tour. Important: When you pick up the bikes, you'll be asked to leave one of your passports as a deposit, but your Spanish driver's license is also acceptable.

The Versailles bike tour was fantastic! Annie gave us history lessons in a fun and engaging way. We loved the market and picnic stop, biking around the expansive grounds, and being able to take our time in the Palace. I definitely recommend this tour!

(Translated by Google) The e-bike they gave us was excellent. The charge lasted all day without any problems, and it provided complete support on hills. Of course, if you wanted it. It could also be completely deactivated. The tires had a wide tread, but not excessively so.

We had a wonderful experience at Versailles Palace touring around the grounds on e-bikes from unlimited biking. The staff was excellent and provided tips and a map on where to go and where we could secure the bikes while touring the palaces. With a picnic we brought it was a wonderful day.
