Our entire family loved our tour with guide Jen. She was the perfect blend of interesting information, with just the right amount of detail. We had an awesome time touring London on the bikes, and Hugo our guide was engaging and interesting to talk with. The route is flat and not strenuous at all. Highly recommend this tour.

Pros: Bikes were maintained and nice. Good location if trying to ride to Golden Gate. Cons: lacking customer service ie trying to get u in and out and starting your clock on u as soon as possible without making sure u fully understand the bike, where u have to go (they couldn't even give us the location or address of the ferry), u have found a helmet etc.
