Excellent tour of Rome! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and made biking the entire city seem easy. Great quick trip to see all the highlights of Rome and would highly recommend.

(Translated by Google) The tour in Spanish was very enjoyable. Matías expertly guided us through the park, and we stopped at various points of interest to learn about their history, take photos, and simply soak up the moment. We loved the experience and highly recommend it for getting a general overview before exploring the areas you liked best. I highly recommend it!

Very friendly staff, we’ve used unlimited bikes a few times now when visiting NY, this was our 1st time renting from the Lower Manhattan store, great experience cycling across Brooklyn bridge and exploring Brooklyn.

Highly recommend! Abby was our tour guide and she was absolutely phenomenal!! We are avid cyclists back home so wanted to try this as a way to see the touristy sights and we got so much more than we expected! Abby had some wonderful stories and made each sight memorable. The ride was flat and the cruiser style bikes were very comfortable. There were riders of all ages in our group and we all stuck together and had a great time. Ultimate Biking even offers ebikes for those wanting even more comfort! The whole tour lasted about 3 hours and was one of the highlights of our London visit. Our only issue, which just made it more of an adventure, was that we showed up a bit early and didn’t exactly know where the shop was but we walked around until we saw a couple of people and a garage full of red bikes!! Staff welcomed us right away. Side note: there is a restroom you can use in the back of their shop! Great value! Highly recommend as a way to learn more about the city, sights, traditions all while cruising around.

Wonderful ebike tour. Ben was the perfect tour guide. Lucky for us, we only had three cyclists on the tour, so we were able to cover more sights. It felt like a private tour of San Francisco.

I had a wonderful experience on the ride with a small group. It was truly enriching to learn about the many interesting and lesser-known facts about Central Park, as well as some fascinating pieces of the city’s history. Thank you, Joel, for sharing your insights and passion!

(Translated by Google) We rented four electric bikes, which we were supposed to pick up at the Union Square branch. When we arrived, they told us they didn't have any at that branch and called the Beach branch, who said they did and that we should come. We went, and upon arrival, they told us they didn't have any bikes available and that we should request a refund. Luckily, we had the next day free to visit, so we booked for the following day. We asked if we could leave them at the Union Square branch since our hotel was there, and they said no problem. We picked up the bikes and confirmed that we would leave them at Union Square, but now they told us there would be an extra charge of $10 USD (something they hadn't mentioned the day before). The bikes were fine, except for one that had a problem with the gears. The service from the guys on Monday was okay, but the ones on Sunday were terrible. Completely no customer service.
