My partner and I took the Secrets of Berlin bike tour with Ceri and it was the highlight of our week. From the first hello to the last goodbye, Ceri made us feel welcome, set a comfortable pace, and gave us the freedom to explore each stop. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to spend time with. By luck we were the only two guests on this tour, joined by three guides in training. It felt like a private tour with four thoughtful storytellers. Each trainee added a detail or perspective, which made the stops feel well rounded and alive. The route focused on lesser-known corners of the city rather than the greatest hits. We rode for a bit, then stopped for short briefings or longer chances to walk around and look closely. Favorites included Dead Chicken Alley with its ever-changing local street art and a casual market break to grab a beer and chat with the group. Ceri balanced history, culture, and everyday Berlin in a way that felt genuine rather than scripted. Bikes were in great condition, directions were clear, and Ceri kept everyone safe and relaxed in traffic. If you want an off-the-beaten-path look at Berlin with an excellent guide, book this tour. Huge thanks to Ceri and the Unlimited Biking/Fat Tire Tours team for an awesome afternoon.

Very nice guide and saw all the best sights of central park in a two hour guided tour. Had time to go around the most important sights and the guide took pictures of us several times with our cameras. We were the only ones on the tour so we were lucky and had the tour guide to ourselves. Can very much recommend this bike tour of central park. Bikes were a little bit worn down but the tour and guide was the best!

Stephanie gave us a very good overview of the Louvre and its history. She made the history of art and Louvre come alive. She navigated a very crowded day at the Louvre with great skill.

(Translated by Google) We rented two electric bicycles. Unlike electric assist bicycles in Japan, these were like electric motorcycles that accelerate automatically when you press a button, which was fun and very helpful for me since I don't get enough exercise. The staff were experienced and the process was smooth. We didn't sign up for insurance, but there was an explanation about it in Japanese. You leave your hotel room key or driver's license as collateral. We also paid a $1 deposit by credit card. Great experience riding through the grounds of Versailles even with the rain that came halfway through our bike tour! Our guide Annie was amazing and full of historical, architectural and local knowledge. The inside palace show, walking through the gardens with mulled wine and fireworks at the end made it a spectacular evening.

Had a superb tour of the Monuments with Adrian at the start of our stay in DC. Engaging, professional and knowledgeable guide who took us on the most perfect, fascinating and easy route. He was always on the lookout to ensure we stayed safe and together and was always willing to take our photos for us. The bikes appeared well maintained, comfortable commuter style, and with plenty of sizes to choose from. Arrival and bike issue was well organised, and our meeting place outside the shop was open with opportunity to do a little test ride. If you want a day 1 tour, that includes all the major landmarks, and want a highly knowledgeable guide, then this one and Adrian is for you. This was one of the highlights of our stay in DC

We did a daytime segway tour of Rome and it was an amazing experience! Ilenia was a great guide, and we had a truly wonderful time seeing the historic sites and learning all the neat facts. The surprise element was the VR images of the historic sites. Would highly recommend booking the segway tour with Fat Tire Tours! Love from Australia - Rahul and Rohanti
