Reviews for Unlimited Biking

We had an amazing tour with an awesome tour guide Simi. We did the Highlights of Paris 3 hour tour. By the luck of the draw, our tour only had Simi, my husband and I. It was the very best overview of Paris! We did a trip on a boat on the Seine on a different day from a different tour company and there was no narration. So thank goodness we had toured with Simi first and knew which buildings were which. Two notes. First, we originally signed up for regular bikes. They they asked if we wanted to upgrade to electric bikes. I explained in the text or email that we only needed one electric bike. When we arrived they had charged us for two electric bikes and said there was no way to correct that. So if I desired one electric bike and one regular, I would try to call and reserve. The other thing to note, I assumed we would be on a path separate from the road. But mostly we were on the busy Paris streets in a designated bike lane which is right next to the car lane. While I absolutely loved the tour and felt Simi kept us safe, I would probably not have done it had I known that. I think it’s just important to be aware of that. Simi was the very best tour guide and an excellent photographer!

This tour was such a great experience! Great customer service making the check in a breeze. We biked for approximately 2 hours over two bridges, if you are not a great biker I recommend to upgrade to an e-bike. Our guide Paul was knowledgeable and great. Will definitely try the other tours offered.

A highlight of our visit to Rome. There is no better way to get yourself oriented in a city than taking a bike. We got to see so many things, colluseum, fountains galore, city squares, open air markets, the pantheon. I could go on. Our tour guide was fun, competent and knowledgeable. Would recommend highly.

I'm not sure how this place has such good reviews. The bikes are in TERRIBLE condition. I rented with the "Mt Vernon package". It took a good bit for them to find two decent bikes for my friend and I, given the poor condition of those there.....shortly, into the ride the bike they had selected for me become stuck in the highest gear. Eventually, the chain literally snapped in half leaving me stranded miles from DC. Customer service was horrendous. Extremely rude, and tried to push the suggestion that we walk several miles with the broken bike to a drop off point. It has been days of fighting for a refund. Really, a terrible experience. I would avoid this operation. The bikes are not at all maintained and the staff is less than helpful when issues arise.

We did the Montjuïc bike tour with Unlimited Biking and it was one of the highlights of our trip! Our guide, Álvaro, was incredible—knowledgeable, engaging, and full of insights you’d easily miss without him. The e-bikes made the ride effortless, so even if you think you might be too tired, don’t worry—you’ll enjoy every moment. It’s truly one of the best ways to experience Montjuïc and see so much in just a few hours. Highly recommended!

We had a great time with Ilenia who guided our afternoon Segway tour expertly through the busy streets and roads of Rome, while also taking time to show us and explain the history of all the Monuments. The VR Goggles were an amazing surprise.
