Very friendly service, nice bikes, good prices. Was visiting San Diego and decided biking around would be a good way to get around and explore the city. We rode up to Balboa Park and the pedal assist e-bile was great for going up hill. Rental prices include helmet and bike lock, but you have to ask for those. We rode off after helping get the bike adjusted and set up and forgot to get locks. Luckily no one stole the bikes when we parked it. Adding insurance for the bikes was $10 but they gave us 50% off, so $5 was good for piece of mind. Would definitely come here again!

(Translated by Google) A bike tour in New York with Günter as guide. It was great to slalom through the traffic with an experienced guide. We saw many beautiful and interesting places, with Günter providing interesting information. A Belgian guide with delightful humor who knows how to handle a Dutch group well. Thanks in part to him, it was an unforgettable tour through Manhattan. One point of criticism: at the start of the tour, you have to hand over ID, something that is really unacceptable in this day and age. A deposit seems more appropriate; something really needs to change about that. But despite that, the tour is highly recommended!

What a delightful, efficient experience to get D.C. handled. My lily’s first time on a bike and Mark took care to ensure we were all good to go. Bikes were well maintained and we truly made an exceptional choice to add this tour to our agenda. The tour was great. The 3 hrs was with the money.

We had an excelling cycling tour of Berlin with Thor. The cycling was very gentle and easy and safe! He also made an effort to include our kids (aged 12 and 9) and they really enjoyed the tour too. Thor took us to all the major sites in Berlin and spoke very well and was very knowledgeable. He also had a book of photos to show us how buildings looked at different times, or to see things which were no longer accessible, which I really appreciated. We saw lots of important buildings (cathedrals, house of parliament) plus Checkpoint Charlie, a section of the Berlin Wall, the Jewish memorial, we climbed the victory column for a good view over Berlin and we cycled through the big park the Tiergarten which was a really beautiful part of the tour. We also stopped for lunch at a traditional German restaurant.

Eric was our guide for the Hidden Gems of Paris bike ride! He was terrific, from beginning to end-very knowledgeable, competent and good with the riders. Our group was small (6 adults) and the itinerary was just what we wanted-hidden gems! And even some big gems, like the Eiffel Tower. We road on the bike path along the Seine. That was a highlight as well as the hidden gems. I highly recommend this company; they were very professional and responsive.
