The pickup prices is smooth. The lady working in the shop is very friendly and helpful. We were 10 minutes passing the store closing time, someone was waiting for us when we got to the shop. Overall it was a good experience.

My family and I spent the day biking with Ben all thru the city and into Sausalito. His knowledge of the city, history and origins were impeccable. The e-bikes were an adjustment for someone my size but he gave me some tricks that helped. The ride and views were gorgeous. Best day ever!

(Translated by Google) We did the 3.5-hour city tour in New York. Our guide was Günther. The city tour was amazing. It was really fantastic to cycle through New York. Thanks to the bike tour, we got a good impression of the city. And this was also partly thanks to Günther. He is an enthusiastic man full of great anecdotes. He distributes his attention well among the group. I would highly recommend him. So ask for Günther (a Belgian gentleman who speaks perfect Belgian/Dutch) for your next booking. (Original) Wij hebben in New York de city tour van 3,5 uur gedaan. Onze gids was Günther.

We rented two electric bikes at unlimited bikes without reservation. Cat and Derick were very kind and helped us out so quickly that we could enjoy San Francisco by bike. We had a wonderful day with the bikes and got helpful instructions about what to see and what to prevent to do. We would highly recommend this service and may thanks again to Cat and Derick for their professional appearance and customer orientation.

Smooth process to rent a bike. Beautiful scenery nearby to see while riding. And, they had helmets available, which was a big plus for me.

Jeff was an excellent guide and should have been a history teacher of England. He explained everything about the London city and made it exciting.

Rented two bikes, they were both in bad shape. Front derailleur jumping back to low gear all the time. Rear wheel not rotating freely. Squeaking noise all the time. Missing signal bell. Handlebar not straight. Steep price for such poor quality.

One of the most beautiful experiences we have had in New York, blessed with great weather and an even greater guide Kyle, giving useful information and an unforgettable tour around Central Park. Thank you so much

I rented a size 56cm road bike weeks in advance but when I arrived was told they didn't have the size in stock. What's the point of a reservation if you don't keep it? Giving two stars since the 58cm bike I used instead was very nice (but the wrong size) and the customer service was decent. Also worth noting for road cyclists they don't provide a puncture repair kit, so you're on your own if you get a puncture.
