An absolutely awesome day with Rory as our guide. My second time on the Fat Cycle tour to Versailles last one was 20 years ago. Love the updates to the tour since then. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

(Translated by Google) We didn't take a tour, we just rented a bike, but the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly. They let us choose our bike and gave us all the tips we needed to enjoy the day in the palace parks. We had a great tour with Toby today. Toby is a cool guide with a good sense of humour and really good knowledge about all the spots in Paris he takes you to! Bikes are well maintained and comfy too! Would definitely recommend these guys and ask for Toby!

We had an awesome tour with Dan at Central Park NYC! We have done several tours in different cities through Unlimited Biking and Dan was our favorite guide by far! He was interactive and fun. However our experience with the Unlimited Biking company was not as great. We bought the GoCity Pass but could not book our tour through the Unlimited Biking app until the pass was active- meaning the first day we arrived in NYC and started using our pass. It worked out because we went in October and the booking did not fill up but this would be a big problem during busy season when tours fill up in advance. The staff were not professional or helpful when we were trying to resolve this issue.

If you’re thinking about doing a Central Park bike tour with Unlimited Bicycles, there’s only one thing you need to know: get Dan as your guide. Seriously, Dan made what could’ve been a simple ride around the park into one of the highlights of our entire New York trip. From the moment we started, Dan brought the good vibes — cracking jokes, sharing fascinating stories about the park, and somehow curating a playlist with songs from the hometowns of every single person on the tour. Who even does that? Dan, that’s who. He knew every hidden gem and photo-worthy spot (and took some fantastic pics, by the way — we’ve already made one our phone wallpaper). Dan was personable, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel like we were old friends just cruising through Central Park together. The corporate side of Unlimited Bicycles wasn’t super helpful before the tour, but honestly, Dan completely redeemed the experience. He didn’t just guide us — he made the day. If you’re booking a Central Park ride, skip the guessing and ask for Dan. You’ll leave with great photos, better stories, and a newfound appreciation for the legend that is Dan.
