Our tour guide, Joe, is experienced & very knowledgeable. He is friendly. He allowed us enough time to look around at each site. He offered to take photos. And the pace on the bikes was easy. A lovely & enjoyable way to see the DC monuments.

We rented from Unlimited Biking for CicLavia in downtown LA. Easy rental and bikes were in excellent condition. The people working the event were incredibly helpful in getting us set up and on our way to enjoy the day. Highly recommend!

Bike tours are a great way to see a lot of a city in a short amount of time. E-bike tours are even better when there are hills! Haha. Thanks Cassy at Unlimited Biking for a fun and educational tour of San Diego from Seaport Village to Balboa Park. We also stopped in Waterfront Park and saw the USSMidway, Little Italy, Gaslamp District. The bike itself was new and nice.

Great bike ride with Kayla! She had so much energy and shared a ton of knowledge about Paris. Even though we had to find alternate routes due to a road race, she never got flustered, and kept it fun and informative. My husband and I would definitely recommend it!

I suggest you read the bad reviews and believe them, our hotel recommended this company - our experience was not good at all We arrived before 1pm for our 1 o'clock tour and were told to wait in line to check in We waited in the line for about 30 minutes, the staff behind the counter were slow, disinterested and rude We got our bikes and helmets then were told we had to walk our bikes 3 blocks to Central Park, not a great experience when there's traffic and pedestrians everywhere We arrived at the park and our guide Dan told my partner to put her helmet on, she didn't want to wear it We were then told we couldn't continue with the group and to have a nice day - left on our own We found our way through the park alone then returned the bikes The only staff who seemed to care were the guys we returned the bikes to they asked if it was all good, we told them what happened and they apologized The bikes are old, very worn and not maintained, the breaks are so squeaky its annoying
