(Translated by Google) A very easy way to rent a bike in NYC. The bikes themselves were also okay! (Original) Sehr einfache Art in NYC ein Fahrrad auszuleihen. Fahrräder selbst waren auch okay!

Maggi ;Thank you so much for showing us around the city today. We could really feel your joy and patience in every moment, and it made the experience truly special. We loved the way you shared each place with such enthusiasm — it felt like exploring the city with a friend. Hope to see you again someday! 🫶🏻🌞

I rented their bicycle for Philly Bike Ride. People at the renting station were very helpful and patient with me as it took me forever to find a bike that would feel good. The bike i ended up with was fast and easy. All the bicycles i tried were clean. Everyone at the renting station were generally very friendly.

What a fun way to see more of Central Park than we would have on foot. The park was very busy on a beautiful October Saturday, but we saw a lot of sites and had time to get off the bikes and walk around at multiple locations. Our guide Joel was dynamic and fun to listen to. Only constructive feedback was that it was sometimes hard to find our guide in front of us and the group got a bit spread out with all the runners and walkers around us, but nobody got lost along the way! Would definitely recommend!

Great tour of Washington DC. Our guide was great Very informative and truly knew so much about the history of DC.

Our guide was great very knowledgeable. We have done many Fat Tire bike tours and have to say Rome is the most difficult to navigate that we've done (Berlin, Paris, Lisbon) but she made it work and hit many of the Roman highlights

For the prices charged, the quality of product and customer service could be significantly better. I won't be a repeat customer.

(Translated by Google) The bike failed, literally the chain broke... I was stuck in the middle of Central Park... I walked more than 40 minutes to get back to the place... Bad experience (Original) La bicicleta fallo, literal la cadena se partió... me quede a medio central park... Caminé más de 40 min para volver hasta el sitio... Mala experiencia
