Bike released in unsafe condition (understandable how it could slip the net due to higher demand than usual on this day) - resolution in store unavailable due to centralised customer service, the employee at POS was having a super busy day and it was evident that he was spinning a lot of plates! Customer service only offered store credit and totally dismissed my claim as not being possible - for a 24h rent, returned the bike after 3h and received compensation of no value to me whatsoever. American company culture with no respect for employee wellbeing and customer service with disconnect from the actual customers - use another service

Our family of 8, ages 7 to 70, thoroughly enjoyed our monuments et al 3 hour group tour by bicycle. Kirby was an excellent & informative guide that provided interesting facts about the various 10 minute stops. I’d highly recommend this tour. FYI - I would not recommend using their electric bikes as the two we had “took off” in a way that’s not safe on a slower paced group tour on mostly level ground.

Our guide Daniel was amazing ! Very friendly and informative and just fun to ride with. We learned a lot about Central Park that would only be possible with a guide like Daniel. He emphasized safety and had a low key approach that made all rider levels feel comfortable The two star rating has absolutely nothing to do with Daniel and everything to do with the junk bikes some people received. One bike flatted less then half way through. My seat post clamp broke so the saddle was slammed all the way down to the frame. It was like riding a tricycle. Worse yet, no response or help from the shop. It appeared to me to be an assembly line of bikes going out and coming back repeat over and over. Apparently little to no maintenance. Daniel gets five stars, the shop is lucky to get two.

(Translated by Google) Super fun ‘Paris night bike tour’ with the amazing Kayla as our guide. Kayla has a great sense of humor, knows a lot to tell (not just history), and tries to keep the pace going a bit. It was great fun to see Paris this way; passing by a large number of sights, but also places you wouldn't easily find on your own. And Paris at dusk and in the evening with all the lights is incredibly beautiful, even in the rain.

Smooth and easy bike pick up & drop off @ Bike MS NYC event. Got bike set up for me and swapped in my pedals no issue. Pedaled around to get the feel of the bike and any last minute adjustments. Problem right before the start with a front flat tire. Quickly returned to the mechanic who made the flat repair in record time. bike rode fine during the event. My only concern was that it would have been nice to put an extra tube, tools & CO2 cartridge in their bike bag but I understand when you have over 250 bikes to rent it could be an issue. But thankfully their were flats along the route! I highly recommend Unlimited Biking for your bike rental needs when in NYC.

We had an amazing time on our tour of Washington, DC! Our guide, KIRBY, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience both fun and informative. He shared so many interesting facts and stories that brought the monument’s history to life. We never felt rushed, and he made sure everyone was engaged and comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend him to anyone visiting DC — you won’t be disappointed!

Once I learned that our bike group already had 13 people, plus us, to a maximum of 16, we ended up booking a privately guided bike tour with Sydney to see the major monuments and memorials in the city. For safety concerns alone, 16 people on E -bikes with one only guide felt unsafe. The alternative, a private tour was more expensive than we’d like. Having said that, Sydney is very knowledgeable, informative, and sweet. Perhaps rather than quizzing on participants history knowledge, we would prefer to be informed straight up, but she is lovely. Thank you. We would do another tour with Sydney again.

Excellent Family Bike Ride! We rented bikes from Unlimited Biking for our family — two adults and three girls (ages 12, 9, and 7). We had a wonderful two-hour ride together! Right next to the shop, we joined the beautiful Seaport Village boardwalk, which has a dedicated bike lane that felt very safe and relaxing, with amazing ocean views. The service was excellent and friendly, and the bikes were in great condition. We’ll definitely come back again — highly recommended!
