(Translated by Google) WARNING!!! Do not reserve bikes at this place!!!! The guy who delivers the bikes (he was wearing a wool hat) tried to scam us by asking for the rental money when he gave us the bikes, even though it had already been paid for in advance. Be very careful with him!! He's dangerous and became aggressive. (Original) OJO!!!

We had an amazing experience with this bike hire company on our 2-hour guided tour of Central Park. Bikes/helmets were easy to collect and our guide, Paul, was absolutely fantastic – friendly, knowledgeable, and really attentive to the whole group. We had 12 people of all ages, and he made sure everyone stayed together and comfortable throughout the ride. His insights about the park and New York’s history made the tour even more enjoyable. Without Paul, we definitely would have got lost – he knew all the best routes and photo stops! We used regular (non-electric) bikes, which were perfectly fine for the pace of the tour, although the brakes were a bit squeaky. Overall, it was a brilliant way to see Central Park. Highly recommend this company (and definitely ask for Paul if you can)!

We rented two electric bikes. Riding around the Versailles parks was quite possibly the very best part of our Paris trip. The staff was helpful and kind; the bikes worked great and direction to find the shop were spot on. Highly recommend!
