Easy to find, easy booking. Very friendly. Would be helpful if you had bike enthusiasts aboard in your store. But they replaced the bike which had a broken shifter. The exchange of the bicycle went seamlessly . Thank you!

My group (9 guys celebrating our 40th) really enjoyed the Fat Tires Tour of Munich. Our guide Rob was friendly, funny & knowledgable. The content of the tour was interesting and delivered superbly by Rob. Would highly recommend this tour.

What a brilliant bike tour. Ben is so knowledgeable about New York. He looked after our small group of 8 through the streets, and whenever we had to stop for the traffic or the lights he had interesting information about the view or area we were in. This, in my opinion, is the best way to explore New York City.
