Did the monuments tour with Joe on a sunny day in Washington and it was the best! He’s incredibly knowledgeable and didn’t overload us with information at each stop while giving us the time to explore ourselves. We only had a small group so he tailored the route to us and added in a few surprises.

(Translated by Google) We went on Saturday, November 8th at 9:15 am to take the bike tour of Central Park. Theoretically, there was a tour at 10:00 am and another at 10:30 am in Spanish. When we arrived, an employee greeted us, and we showed him our GoCity pass for the activity. He responded very rudely to our inquiry about the availability of the Spanish tour, telling us it wasn't running that day. We asked what the possibility was, and he told us to scan a QR code and fill out a form at 10:00 am. Four people arrived at that moment, and to our surprise, instead of waiting for us to finish the process, he started attending to the people who arrived after us and paid for the tour, telling us, "There's no more availability, we're full." "What?!" we replied, "We were there first!" He told us those four people had already filled it out. A disgrace! Horrible treatment! They charged me for everything and refused to accept the pass. Why do they say the activity can be done by exchanging the pass if they then have this kind of attitude? FIND ANOTHER RENTAL COMPANY, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!!

My husband and I loved our tour! We got lucky and had Arvin all to ourselves. He was super knowledgeable and took time to explain and tell us about everything we saw. Arvin was also very patient with our constant questions, and my terrible lack of balance and coordination on the segway :) Would definitely recommend people take the segway tour as it's a quick way to see everything in a short time. Also, Arvin gave us ALOT of food recommendations. Brilliant tour. Totally recommend.5 stars!
