I'm a wheelchair user with a power add-on that got a puncture whilst in London. Alex could not have been more helpful in makkng sure I didn't end up stranded. He offered to look at it and try and fix it for me despite never having worked on wheelchairs before and spent so much time finding a solution so that I could get home safely. I will be forever grateful for his kindness, time and patience in getting me moving again. I would and will recommend this bike shop to anyone who will listen. Thanks Alex!!

Fantastic, efficient, no nonsense process. Genuine staff who ensure you are ready to go with minimal fuss. Great, comfortable, easy to ride electric bikes, battery efficiency outstanding after 2 hrs of hard riding to many SF landmarks

Location right across from the convention center near the gas lamp district makes this place really easy to find. The nice gentleman that helped me was quick, efficient, and helpful. The bike worked well and I had a great time seeing San Diego. I might just go again tomorrow.

(Translated by Google) The employee treated us very badly, barely even looking at us because he was watching a TV series, and didn't explain anything to us. When the next guide came in, we told him that his colleague had been speaking to us rudely, and he replied that we were right. That says it all! Never again! I don't recommend it! I left without taking the bike. Very bad employee, barely looking at us because he was watching a TV series and without explaining anything. When the next guide came in, we told him that his colleague had been speaking rudely to us, and he replied that we were right. That says it all! Last time! I don't recommend it. I left without taking the bike! (Original) The employee treated us very badly, barely even looking us in the face because he was watching a TV series, and didn't explain anything to us...

(Translated by Google) I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! I absolutely do not recommend this company. The guy who serves you is incredibly rude. You have to download an app to rent a bike right there in the store, and he very rudely tells you that he won't help you until you download the app. If you have questions about registering for the app, he doesn't answer, and if he does, he won't even look at you. I finally got so angry that I left without renting a bike and ended up walking through Central Park. If you don't want to ruin your day and put up with the salesperson's bad attitude, I recommend not going to this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I do not recommend this company at all. The guy who serves you is super unpleasant. You have to download an app to be able to rent the bike there in the same store and in a very bad way it tells you that until you download the app it will not serve you. If you have questions about registering the app, it doesn't answer you and if it answers you, it doesn't even look at your face. I finally got so angry that I left without renting a bike and ended up walking through Central Park. If you don't want to ruin your day and put up with the clerk's rudeness, I recommend avoiding this place. (Original) I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! I absolutely do not recommend this company.
