Don’t buy their Groupon. Extremely bad customer service. We were asking about using the Groupon and the guy kept talking over our head to people behind us in line. Couldn’t take the 2 min to sort us out. Also DO NOT BUY their Groupon. 0 availability and attempt to honor their Groupon (they had only electric bikes left, and said it would be an additional $10 per person per hour to use the Groupon for e-bikes), on top of what’s paid for Groupon. EDIT: of course the business left a comment saying to reach out to them to improve customer service blah blah blah. Don’t believe it.

"I cannot recommend Unlimited Biking enough! My son and I had a truly GREAT experience here. I was originally looking for an electric sand bike to ride on the beach, and even though they didn’t have one in stock, they didn’t just say 'no' and send me away. Instead, they took the time to research and found another company around the corner for me to try. It was clear their only goal was for my son and me to have a fun day. That level of care—prioritizing the customer's experience over just making a quick buck—is rare. When the other shop turned out to be sold out, I immediately went back to Unlimited Biking to rent their electric bikes. I wanted to ensure they got my business because they earned my loyalty through their kindness and honesty. If you want a place that actually cares about people, this is it!"

Chuck was a great host for our Central Park (and more!) bike tour today. He was fun, well informed and clearly loves the city of New York. The bikes were good too. Thanks all. James

I have never received the refund... In aug, I did use the service while I was travelling, even though I had shown the PAID groupon voucher, the casher charged my card the full price by mistake. She could not make the refund there that she asked me to call the customer service afterwards, so I did. It took so long to finally they SAID they made a refund that I had to wait a few weeks to receive, so I did, but there is no refund! So I called them back, and they said they did, they could not send me the bank reference, keeps asking me to wait. I called them about 5 times, and now after 4 months, I have not yet received the refund. The worst experience in my entire activity experience.

This tour was EXCELLENT! We thoroughly enjoyed it and Elania, our tour guide, was excellent! At first I was worried about biking the busy streets of Rome, but we felt very safe in her hands. This tour was a highlight of our trip!

Bike guide Gunter gave us a marvelous overview of NY. We went over Brooklyn bridge and Manhattan bridge. The 2 hours were over before we knew it, accompanied by interesting information about buildings and history of NY provided by Gunter! On a bike (very safe) you get a complete different view of NY. We were with a group of 12, youngest being 11 years old cycling by herself.
