Fun Boxing Day bike adventure! Our family of 6, including 4 teens, enjoyed a tour around London’s landmarks led by guide Daniel. Catching the changing of the cavalry guard at Buckingham was a highlight of our vacation. Easy, flat 3-hour ride included a hot chocolate/coffee/comfort stop in Hyde Park. Highly recommend this tour.

What a great day out. We chose the full day option through the GoCity app pass and included the insurance option for peace of mind. We spent the day in Central Park and the weather was great. We rode around the park looking at all the sites and we ended up spending around 5 hours. We loved it. The bikes were in good condition and the place was easy to find. Would definitely do it again.

One of the best things we did while in Rome! We cycled along side the Tiber River passing by the Castel Sant’Angelo all the way to the Borghese Villa. What a day! The bikes are new with IPhone holder, lockers and a small bag for snacks and personal items. Nice staff and friendly people. Thank you!!

Raul was just awesome to us today. We were not even renting a bike, but looked them up as the closest bike shop when one of our bikes got a flat. He gave (that's right, gave) us a new tube and even helped install it on our bike. Refused to take anything for the help. Who does that anymore? Raul does, that who. Unlimited Biking charged us, and we didn't even get to use the bikes! I wondered why they were so insistent on booking before explaining anything; now I know! Une fois la réservation faite, la personne présente ce jour nous a indiqué que pour pouvoir récupérer les vélos il fallait laisser notre pièce d’identité originale qu’il allait conserver le temps de la réservation. Comme tout bon touriste nous ne nous baladons pas avec nos papiers d’identité originaux pas peur de les perdre… Il nous a alors demandé de lui laisser notre carte bancaire… quelle drôle de demande!! Et le code aussi ?!?! Après qu’il ait refusé la copie de nos papiers, le pass de notre hôtel et aucune solution ne voulant être trouvée nous avons demandé le remboursement. Ce monsieur a accepté… et nous a remboursé uniquement le dollar payé en tant que frais annexe. Il nous a donc décompté une activité de notre Pass Explorer (x3) que nous avons perdu. C’est du vol! Unlimited Biking se fera payé et nous n’avons pas profité des vélos! Je me demandais pourquoi ils étaient si insistants sur la réservation avant de nous expliquer quoi que ce soit, maintenant je le sais! Sur 3 séjours à New York c’est vraiment ma pire expérience. Fuyez!
