We booked online. Couldn't find the location. We called to ask for directions and someone in NY answered and couldn't help us with directions even though we were at 37 New Orleans plaza address. We then got email saying they were closing early on Easter weekend. I asked to cancel or reservation and then got email saying they were in fact open after we returned back to our hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bikes were in great condition and helmets/chains were included. The city suits itself well to bicycles as there are many bike lanes and things to see. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Miami!

Their website is easy to navigate and reserve the bicycle of your choice. Staff is friendly and will provide maps and recommend local sites. Pick up time was less than 5 mins and half that time to return. Highly recommend!

Soto was a fantastic guide!! He has a tremendous amount of knowledge and a terrific way of making history come alive. I’m not a confident cyclist and I appreciated his direction and reassurance. This trip is for everybody and should not be missed!

Easy in-person booking. They provide helmet, lock, and map. I got a cruiser non-electric bike and it was great - simple 7-speed. Would definitely use this company again.

We had a great bike tour from 10 to 1 - lucked out with the spring weather, as it was cloudy in the morning and then the sun came out for the final hour. Benham was a wonderful and knowledgeable tour guide who made the bike tour fun for my 9 and 11 year old. We got to see the sites along the mall in an engaging way. I highly recommend this tour when traveling with kids in DC.

I did a solo trip to Washington DC at the end of March for the cherry blossoms and going on this nighttime bike tour was one of the highlights of my trip! My guide was Adrian and he was informative, mindful of the group and ensured we all had a great time! He has great dad-vibes and I felt completely at ease when I was there. My group was about 10 people and biking during cherry blossom season was certainly more of a challenge but Adrian made sure our group stuck together every step of the way. I highly recommend Unlimited Biking to anyone visiting DC! Its so much fun and relaxing to not have to figure out where to go. Big thanks to Adrian for making this experience so much fun!
