Great experience from start to finish. Chiara was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She not only got us set up quickly with the perfect bikes, but also took the time to share excellent recommendations for exploring Florence and the surrounding areas. Her tips made a big difference in our trip and helped us discover places we might have otherwise missed. Highly recommend this rental spot, especially thanks to Chiara’s outstanding service!

Good bikes. Rose them to the Tidal basin. People working there are not the most polite or cheery people. But eh, you can't have it all.

Quality bikes, Super friendly & helpful staff, flexible when we ran late in arriving to pick up the bikes due to unfamiliarity with the area/timing from Versailles.

A great way to see the city. Florence is a little hair raising to cycle round at times but we covered so much ground and had a fantastic explanation of so much - a great way to open up the city for more exploration. Our wonderful tour guide was well informed, charming and knowledgeable and her genuine love for the city came across. Thoroughly recommend as a new way to see Florence.
